Given the name ''counterstrike'' in a game called Persona Strikers its safe to say that this is the soundtrack of an antagonist. But its probably not the theme song of the boss who has it as its soundtrack. Spoiler Its not Konoe's theme. Its Emma's theme. At first it sings in the third person as if its cheering someone on and assuring them how right they are. Then later it takes a much more celebrity tone and shifts to the first person. Kinda like a puppetmaster feeding someone's ego to manipulating them gradually dropping the pretense and celebrating herself instead.
