Tryhard Posted March 3, 2018 Share Posted March 3, 2018 (edited) i'm getting tired of the whole pc gamer DENUVO DRM BAD meme not that DRM is good or anything, but they think it affects performance when it's extremely unlikely that it does in any significant way it's got to the point where I see people saying "oh that's why the performance was bad when I was playing the PC version of FFXV" and it's like - no, because you were playing the demo version because it hasn't even released yet and that does not have Denuvo DRM on it, because as shit as it is people have already been able to crack the DRM and the full game already by literally using the demo executable. if you were having performance issues it was a) because the port/performance was already not good (and from testing ffxv it does seem good), or b) your computer is actually having issues running it it's dumb because it's not going to stop piracy, but it also is not going to destroy your pc, and people legitimately drop buying games over this Edited March 3, 2018 by Tryhard Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
