Roy trains a bit more. Marcus overkill. Roy also gets kills. Yay strength! Can't get 'em all I guess. Using these guys unarmed as a wall. Why do I even bother anymore I don't even know. Position Marcus next to the boss and equip this. Nice start. At least he still dodges. And that's that for the boss. "They see me trollin', they hatin'" Almost done. Just a bit more exp. But anyway ... at least Thany seems to be doing fine. Where's Ellen? I might've missed her. Also ... Roy's "harem" consists of two healers and a frail pegasus knight who's allergic to strength. She does fine for an archer, though. Chad starts looting. Get some cash. Nice one. Eh. Will use that in late game. But you're a girl with a lockpick! I want you in me team. Since Cath won't join yet, we can't have her stealing our stuff. Give it here. Dorothy steals some kills. Marcus was in range of the boss. Not like it mattered much. The Jeigan weakens a unit so that the weakling in training gets the kill? I'M A GENIUS!! Ohoho. Eh. Strength is good. These dudes arrive to screw over my plans. Another girl! Good thing I brought one of these. Totally a coincidence. Dayup. Forgot the stats screenshot for Sue as well! Ugh. Well, she'll get a level up later. Time to handle the reinforcements. I like Sue. She's very competent from the get-go. More cash. At least it's speed. Why can't Roy get level ups like these? By the way, Marcus weakened the boss so that Thany steals the kill. I'd trade Speed for Strength at this point. Waste a few turns getting this. And this. And this. And thi- I mean, and seize! Headshot! This is gonna be useful. Zealot is good at taking hits. High speed makes her great at dodging. I appreciate the help. Well, I'll see you there. Could have been better. Oh, I will use this later. I have confidence in her dodging. Thanks, Noah! It will be a while since someone will be able to use this, but it will be useful for sure. I like that Magic. Woo, Strength! OK, better get Noah before he gets himself killed. I need him for Fir later. I also need Zealot for a Gaiden. And sure, why not. Go visit some villages. Come on, Dorothy. I don't need you to be another Roy. More healing. I guess his defenses are nice. It's a cool freebie, I guess. Wooh, money! Nice freeze. By the way, that's a critical. MAH MAN. (Whoops, wrong game) Anyway, getting lots of keys. Will need them later. The only one I need. If I get another one it'll be good for cash. Another useful weapon. Magic is good. Woot! OK, time to rush the gang to the boss. Crap, totally forgot about the reinforcements next to the boss. Fortunately Thany is great at dodging. And she even kills with the Gant Lance. And a great level up! We're nearly done now. Buying a couple of Slim Lances. Someone will need them. Sell that Red Gem too. So jealous... I love this. Great exp spamming. Marcus gets the boss kill this time. She healed a LOT this chapter. Wish you could get more than just two stats on a level up. Over! Jave Posted August 2, 2012 Author Share Posted August 2, 2012 I think I can safely drop Marcus around Ch13. I should have Thany promoted by then and Echidna also can work as a Marcus replacement. I also get Miredy on that map, who makes tons of other units irrelevant. Thanks everyone for the comments. So here's another update, and this one is really good! (And also long!) Chapter 8 (Part 1): Not on my watch! To rescue Lilina! Great magic tank, but she takes time to grow. I still always use her, though. One of my favorites. Just keep her off range of the enemy archer. Let's start by giving Roy more exp, dunno why I still even bother. Girl keeps getting Strength. I am not disappoint. Thany gets more training too. More kills for Dorothy as well. You weren't supposed to crit there, Marcus. Also, let's get rid of this asshole. Let's keep marching. Not much trouble so far. Keep doing that. Hell yes. Makes up for so many turns of shitty level ups. She probably won't be getting much now that she capped Speed. Hey, another girl. Wonder if she's any good. (trollface) Those bases... at least her growths are decent. If only FE6 armors weren't so awful. At least she can break that wall. Is this real life? Or is this just Fanta Sea? Pretty cool. Still using Marcus as bait. Marcus doesn't double these archers while using the Hammer, so it's great for weakening. Enough for Wendy to steal a kill. Sweet. More healing. Yeah, she needs hit. That Slim Lance will do for now. Yeah, good luck with that. Perfect. Get another kill. Good. Now let's see a nice level up. Yes. You need to hit and avoid getting doubled. Oh, there's that girl again. Better persuade her before she steals my stuff. Steal more kills. Lol overkill. Time to loot. This is the only Knight Crest I need. Will go to Lilina in the future. Forgot this guy had a Killer weapon. Still Marcus can eat that hit. This will be useful. Start training Lilina right away. Sue chips more damage. Nice. Now that's more of a Jeigan level up. Better than two stats. And people say Lilina is bad. That's fine. I was extremely careless there. She survived with 1HP. She's not getting much now. This is Wendy's third level up and the third time she proccs Speed. Roy has procced Speed twice in ten level ups. Something not quite right. I'll take that Magic. That's fine too. More Super Effective hits. All that's left is the boss and the last chests. Equip that and sit next to the boss. One down, three to go. I'll see later who gets this. Oh yeah, definitely want this. Got all the treasure. Forgot to screencap the Light Brand and Silver Axe. Several turns later he finally dies. One last level up. Yay Speed! Friggin' FINALLY! Maybe they'll both cooperate with you. Also, Wendy seems to be getting lots of early speed. Just hope she doesn't forget to level up strength as well. Roy goes up, and he's good at baiting axe users. She'll make good use of that Killer Bow. Eh. Expected Lilina to get level ups like these now and then. Oh, great, you're back on troll mode. At least you got strength. Thany keeps training. I laugh at stupid enemy AI. More overkill. I'll take that strength. This is the Marcus we know and love. Roy's back on troll mode too. Great. Wendy has no other Support options so these two will stick together. Builds fast too. Eh. It's OK. Eh. Not so OK. Wow, she's a Speed Demon. Phantom Roy. Equip this and sit next to the boss. Nice job there. Lilina managed to steal the kill, though. More Speed is nice. More Magic is nice too. That went quite fast. We're done. But not before getting this. Will save it for the final maps.
