Something I just read, the developers stated that the childrens' birthdays all correspond with the release dates of previous FEs, except for Mark.

Lucina: 20th April = FE1, FE9

Chambray: 14th March = FE2

Selena: 21st January = FE3

Cynthia: 14th May = FE4

Jerome: 1st September = FE5

Nn: 29th March = FE6

Loran: 25th April = FE7

Noire: 7th October = FE8

Brady: 22nd February = FE10

Azure: 7th August = FE11

Wood: 15th July = FE12

Degel: 29th September = BSFE?

Mark: 5th May = Exception

I wonder what significance Mark's birthday could have, if any...

What day did FE13 come out on?

I removed it due to spoilers and her OA was revealed ages ago.

For reference, you can find it here (and better quality too!).

To add onto that, she's officially supposed to have the "nicest body" in Krom's gang : P

Hm that's interesting. Gonna need more artwork to make more observations..

Aw man, why is Brady so far back?! I personally would've voted for him. =P

Also, It's possible like someone else had stated that Mark's birthday could be a reference to a future game...?

Although seeing as how it's on Children's Day I suppose that would make sense too... Who knows. xD

EDIT: Also, I know they're probably bosses but who are numbers 57 and 60 in the Poll?

57 says something like "village girl" [do not quote my kanji ability], while 60 says "Raimi", who appears as a boss in chapter three. Why they included a random boss from so early in the game who presumably has little plot significance is beyond my understanding, but he is there. Of course that also explains why he came in last place.

Hm, yea... I dunno. I guess they just threw him in there to even-out at 60? Who knows...

So, something like that vilage girl is what Krom marries if he doesn't pick someone by the time Lucina is revealed? Interesting...

I was also beginning to wonder who the number 27 is below Callum, looks like it could be someone related to Basilio although I'm guessing that's not the case...

I'm just basically trying to figure out how he got so high up on the polls I guess, what with being a non-supportable character and all...

Raimi appears a few more times after Ch3; she's not completely insignificant. As for the villager girl, yeah, she's the one Krom can marry.

#27 is Mustafar, the boss of Ch10. Like Fels, he doesn't appear outside of his chapter, but from what I understand, he strikes a bit of a presence in that chapter, enough for people to take note of him.

I re-read the original developer's comment and Mark's birthday is indeed a reference to Children's Day. That's what I get for posting so late at night : P

...And since somebody mentioned Tiamo, perhaps not surprisingly, her name is a purposeful reference to the Italian phrase "Te amo". It's nice when IS are open with little details like this ^^

No lie, I've made the name up myself before. I <3 Italian, and apparently someone from IS fell in love with an Italian and just had to make a character influenced by their romance :P

It is actually "ti amo" in Italian. "Te amo" is spanish.

Silly me, thanks for the correction.

To clarify (if it wasn't obvious), the developers based Tiamo's name on the Italian spelling. But the way Japanese works (since it's a phonetic language), if the developers hadn't told us, it could have been based on the Spanish spelling (disregarding the fact that her name is explicitly spelled Tiamo in English).
