Airen Posted August 22, 2012 Share Posted August 22, 2012 Can anyone link me to a guide for Gecko or whatever they use to edit Radiant Dawn, that tells me how to edit growth rate of characters? All the hacks I've seen so far are just bored people making everyone's stats completely off-whack or putting Sephiran in chapter 1 or something. All I need for my next hard mode playthrough is an edit that improves everyone's growth rate. On normal mode I was SO SICK of battle save reset because lots of my characters keep getting 1-stat improvements. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm running legit copy of RD for Wii... well I guess this might be the right forum if same method applies to non-ROM copies... shadowofchaos Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 (edited) Well, no matter how you apply it, it is "ROM Hacking" because your modifying an image of your game or replacing files on your actual disc, even if it's through something like Riivolution to patch said files/replace them. It's just like how Brawl hacking is ROM hacking. Anyways, to do so, you need to modify the decompressed FE10Data.cms file. I think there's nightmare modules. dondon151 Posted August 23, 2012 Share Posted August 23, 2012 There's no such thing as a "PC" or a "Wii" version of RD. When you use Gecko, you have to load the .iso of the game to the Wii anyway, and Dolphin plays that same .iso. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
