How much does blossom add to growth rates and to how many stats?

I think it adds 5 to every stat. You shouldn't take my word for it though.

We knew how FE9!Blossom worked, but they might have changed it for this game (they did change it to multiple EXP by 1/2 instead of 2/3).

That makes sense actually, since you can have both Paragon and Blossom on 1 unit....can't you?

I don't even use blossom in this game, not with the half cut. I don't think it's worth it unless you can counter it with paragon.

Any only high-level laguz have the capacity for both, anyhow (Or Astrid/Geoffrey), which means that they're either gaining pathetic experience to start with and have shittastic growths as well, or are just plain crap.

blossom just cuts too much EXP so i dont think its useful unless you really need to boost some stats on someone

it takes off 10% from how much it would be gained.

for example, if a unit had 35% chance to gain str, it would be 35% out of 90% instead of 35% of 100%.

this is for every stat.

i found it extremely useful. with BEXP-ing up a character to 99, then gaining about 2 lvls worth of +1s in every stat :P

Blossom isn't +10% to growths, it just picks an RN out of 90 instead of 100, well in FE9 anyway, so I am not sure how it handles overflow.

I don't see why not. 95/90 is over 100%

I could test it in FE9, but I don't think it's very significant and I'm lazy ^^;;;

I've never gotten blossom to work well for me. I gave it to Ike during part three so he could still fight people and I wouldn't have to worry about him getting wasted exp, but it didn't work at all for me. Each level he went up one in only one stat. Maybe I've just had bad luck with it so far, I'll try it again next time I play through radiant dawn, but both times I would've been better off giving him BEXP to make 20 right away.

I just gave Blossom to Kurthnaga in my first playthrough and exp abused his dad in 4-F-3 :P

He did max out everything except HP and Def I think.
