Airship Canon Posted June 27, 2013 Share Posted June 27, 2013 (edited) A Second Seal CAN be used to Promote, but only thru use of a DLC class (or being a Villager/Dancer/Lodestar/Conqueror/Manakete/Taguel) E.G. MaMU: (Tactician -> 10 -> Dread Scroll (Dread Fighter) -> 30 -> Second Seal -> Grandmaster) But this does massively boost your ilevels... but if you can't get Masters for whatever reason.
