ghast
that is amazing dude. Probably one of my favourite maps i've ever seen
EldinnerPlate
Guess I'm just gonna echo what Ghast said. That is potentially one of the most well designed and best looking maps I have ever seen. You have a serious talent for map making.
Chocolate Kitty
Hey, thanks for that guys, it's nice to see things like this. Still have to give credit to feaw for the palette, though(sometimes I feel the palette makes the map, not sure about this occasion). The well designed part makes me laugh though, because I kind of just make smaller maps in random sections and connect them together haha
EldinnerPlate
The palette is nice, but I stand by what I said!
Chocolate Kitty
probably stretches your screens nothing really on my plate atm, so unless I get another request, 75x75 is coming at some point
NobodiePichu
i love what you did with the shores, it has a cool affect. is that custom tiles, or did you do something else to get that effect?
Chocolate Kitty
nah the shores are actually tide changes(or I guess what I'd make them to be), I slapped them on a different layer and noticed it looked really interesting lol this is why I shouldn't be left alone with a finished map ._. Chocolate Kitty
about that 75x75 map... still open, figure I should say something in roughly a year... although I'm sort of employed by the fe7x team now(but we're on a dry spell), but yeah I kind of update my thread on feu if you wanted to see more recent stuff, or you could look at fe7x anyway
Alm
Hi, I'd like to get a medium sized map.* I'd like it to use the FE8 Village tileset * There'd be a open area. (With non-item/item houses, an armoury, and an item shop there too.)* The pc units (7 units, at most), would start on the right side of the map and have to go up a bit to enter the village.* They start next to a red village. Basically, I want something kinda like FE8's chapter 5. Can you do this?[spoiler=FE8 Ch. 5 reference] Edited December 29, 2014 by PhantomHanrei
Chocolate Kitty
That should suffice, I'll try and get it done on Tuesday. edit: we're done Edited December 30, 2014 by Skitty of Time
Chocolate Kitty
move and bump i never post maps on sf for some reason, but they're on dA but yeah same stuff applies, I use mappy because it's the master race, tiled is a terrible knock off, and I do tile changes myself for when they are needed blah blah blah oh and to note the difference between this topic and this one; mine is mainly commission(aka first one is free, all following ones payment), whereas that one is 100% free as far as I know Edited March 7, 2015 by Skitty of Time
