Too many stairs. Also it looks like you're only using the grey floor tiles with something green on them. Try mixing them up with the grey floor tiles that doesnt have green spots on them, it makes it look less tile spammy.

Perspective has been brutally murdered. R.I.P.

If you're making a big dungeon, I highly recommend not putting in villages and houses also. Your stairs rival the village in size and totally dwarf the houses.

How the hell do you get in there?

I can see the destructible wall but. Think of it in a normal perspective... there should be a way to get into the dungeon via nonviolent method.

About 80% of the floor in the largest room is using the same tile :O

Bly, try giving the floor some variation, and add a few pillars :P

I suggest adding some structure and flow. Hallways, height variation, that sort of thing. In-game if someone stands in the right spot, the screen would look like this:

Not something that's very interesting to play through.

-buys a teacher pointer stick-

-shoves up his pair of glasses-

-slams stick on his student's desk to get Blyvern out of his daze-

-furiously pound the stick on the blackboard-

-perfectly aims at the very tile Blyvern had missed-

-3,5-

Oh, I couldn't see it because I had already fixed it when I added the door... sorry >.<

Speaking of which.

NOTE: Don't mention the shading. I WILL fix it.

From a gameplay standpoint this map looks like a nightmare.

It's nothing but sand that's difficult to move across. Desert maps typically are either a little smaller, taking into account the limited mobility of units, or they include sections where movement isn't restricted. I suggest adding in some patches of ground where units can move normally. Maybe the the very south and/or around the pyramids. The middle-left plateau with the palm tree would work too.

Otherwise foot units are moving across a large map 1 tile at a time. Talk about a time-sink.

The eyes are inconsistent with each other thus look strange.

One is light, another is dark. If you wanted them that way, make one eye have different color to actually show that clearly.
