I expected more out of Grand Order, but as of now it's nothing worth having expectations about. Shame. And yet, rising above all the mess that they tried piecing together in that first episode, Lancer/Cu was a ton of fun to watch; the guy deserved to have a day like that. So, one thing done right. i love masamune Have you read the manga??? I read up a good portion of it, enough to where I can tell how much material they'll be adapting for this season, but the first episode left me feeling a bit worried about their ability properly adapt it...something was missing in the first episode, and the manga was also starting to lose some sense of direction imo. ...unless you were referring to something else, if so, just ignore all that mess above. There was this "tired of Tales" mood in the air, that's still around, and I had just gotten it too. I think I made some good progress though. Simply put, I burned out on Tales. Ah yeah it can be lengthy, but it's all about getting you to care about the world I guess? Like, (I'm making this up): instead of someone dying or a town being destroyed you'll hopefully grow attached to the people or the place before anything of major consequence happens to it! Cold Steel in particular is about them trying to find their place in the world. Just their method of storytelling throughout the series. This actually says a lot. My condolences. Though, what does "nice" mean, exactly? Also, that's not just Cold Steel, the entire Trails series is verbose like that.
