You can build a computer easily without knowing any programming knowledge at all. Like i said, they are two separate fields in the computer field. That's like saying you can't make spaghetti without knowing how to make the Parmesan cheese for the topping; you just get the parts that are going to work and then use them; no need to make anything that's already been made. Search engines are a huge resource that is used in the IT field, so if you can already find your solutions on your own using the internet, you're doing quite well.
