Which is my current conundrum in regards with promoting. I have 17K feathers, but I don't know who I'd promote to 5* with them considering I have plenty of good 5* at the moment. And I keep thinking that I could turn 10 of my 3* into 4* with that amount of feathers which also has me questioning the value of spending 20K feathers on a single character.
