At +3 and with the new arena scoring, she probably won't be as much as a liability when it comes to scoring. I face +4-10 merge Reinhardt often, so it wouldn't surprise me that those people slap Cancel Affinity on him as soon as they get Mathilda. So my usual counter Fae will be dead in the water with TA. Will be forced to switch to super offense team, which means using Bridelia or Nino as my dedicated Reinhardt killer. Not being able to deal with him by baiting him will be a huge pain though. Bridelia has the best matchup spread of all ranged units in the game so Reinhardt is not as "broken" as you think You're acting like it's the end of the whole world or something. My Nino and Julia are -HP and -Res, which makes taking Reinhardt on a dangerous enterprise. Especially when he's +10 like the one I just saw in my last arena match...
