I was finally able to get a Bisharp from the GTS, now to get the others. Just hope they'll be pokebank compatible(I may just go back and try to make pokedit work if it continues to be this hard. The stats aren't perfect 31 in some case, but the lowest they get in important stats is 29. Only thing is that you'll have to EV train the Genesect yourself since in order to make it legit enough to pass through Poketransfer I couldn't touch the EVs (event downloads must come without EVs).
