blyegg
Model.PortableClassAnimation.<init>: Exception PCA: Stream error in File constructor (Failed to read serialized file) After I try and insert Ike's animation (From the FEditor Adv Animations V2 topic in Resources), this happens. I was inserting over eliwood's normal sword animation.
Agro
which file are you trying to insert?
blyegg
The Ike.txt one.
Icarus Kid
The package you got from the FEditor Adv animation v2 topic should have an "Ike animation" file. That file can be inserted over the Eliwood animation. IIRC the text file is for creating the animation under class animation creator in FEditor Adv. blyegg
Using the class animation creator -> save to file -> using the manager to insert worked (as the package wasn't already there) Thanks. EDIT: Alright, after inserting over Eliwood, I can no longer insert my disarmed animation, as after inserting it, it skips #2 and goes to 3. Alright, fixed it by increasing max index... but now animation #1 (eliwood armed with sword replaced with ike with sword) fails to load Ingame, this happens, and it just sorta hangs there for eternity. Brendor
Insert Ike at slot 1 then press the up arrow to go to 2 (It's ok if the 2 isn't actually displayed) and insert the disarmed animation. Save, close and profit
blyegg
So it worked by inserting 1 then inserting two then inserting 1 again Thanks.
Aleph
I couldn't decide on a standard file extension for the serialized data so it just doesn't have one. It occurred to me later I should just manually serialize/deserialize all of the data like I did for things like frame data and OAM but I never got around to that
