Also, as for order of matches, I'll let it be in any order but it is WB Round 1 LB Round 1 WB Round 2 LB Round 2 etc...Whereas LB is Loser's Bracket at WB is WInner's BRacket. It MUST have been witnessed by at least one person. The deadline is on Sunday for these battles, unless you have a special reason. If it's already the Monday the last person who was on SF will win the battle.
