I play Project M regularly with a local playgroup consisting of about 30-40 people and consistently contend for top 8 (there are a couple of people who are just ridiculously good. Our top player mains Diddy and Falco, second best mains Lucas, and Mario, and our third best mains Captain Falcon and Fox; they all consistently get top three, usually in that order). Brawl: Falco, Wolf, Ike, Toon Link, Zero Suit Samus. While these are the only ones I'd call "mains," I do have plenty of sub-mains, much more so than in the previous games (which is few to none), including: Fox, Peach, Zelda, Marth, Mr Game & Watch, Lucario, Ice Climbers, and R.O.B. Yes, all my Melee mains ended up demoted to sub or cut from the game. I just never felt as comfortable with Fox, Zelda, or Peach in Brawl. I'd like to main Wii Fit Trainer, Rosalina, Greninja, and possibly Little Mac for SSB4 newcomers. If Lucina happens to make it in, she'll be my absolute first choice. Luigi SSBM: 1. Bowser 2. Title shared between Bowser, Ganondorf, and Mewtwo 3. Link SSBB: 1. Frequent cycling between Link, Ike, Wolf, Snake, and Pokemon Trainer (The early days of Brawl were a hard time for me, with Link's nerf putting me several levels below my friends. I spent nearly a year trying to form a strategy to beat them) 2. Peach For SSB4, I'm probably going to give the revamped Bowser a try, and probably Charizard, too. If Shulk is in like that one rumor said, I'm definitely going to try using him. But there's no real clue who I'm going to end up maining. I mean, using Peach was going to be a one-time joke where I would talk in a high-pitched "girly" voice throughout the match (yes, it was sexist and immature, but I was in high school) until I started actually winning against my friends as her.
