Can i have a riolu without waiting 70 days in Soul Silver ?

Riolu is one of my favorite pokemons (and it's evolution too) however, i don't have it registered in my pokedex so i can't get one by trading (but tbh i hate trading, especially when we talk about this kind of pokemons) Digging a little more in the pokemon wiki, i've found a way to get a riolu, i have to go to the safari zone and place certain objects in the meadow zone but the problem is : I HAVE TO WAIT 70 DAYS, idk about you guys but i don't want to wait that much, searching a little more in the wiki and youtube i found that you don't have to wait 70 days, in a video in youtube about how to catch a riolu, on the comment sections, some people stated that they didn't wait that horrible amount of time, in fact they said that they just waited one day....

the question is: do you guys know what do to get riolu in a lesser period of time?

Can't you just set the objects, save, then set your DS's internal clock forward 70 days then load up the game?

This, but to the day before you actually need, because changing the DS internal clock will delay clock-based events by a day.

if you mean that i have to place the objects and put the clock in the ds 70 days forward, it won't work (trust me i tried that)

however if you mean that i have to set the clock one minute before midnight then do that again 70 times.. it might work, i haven't tried that so i'll keep that in mind (it will take time, but is better than nothing)

you could just trade a riolu egg over. other than that, there's just the safari zone i think.
