A special Lucario would fit your type pretty well, for example, since you don't have a single special pokemon. EDIT: If this is UU, toxicroak could work instead. Try changing another pokemon into a special one, though.EDIT 2: It's not UU, since conkeldur is there. Definitely use (special) Lucario. The pokemon has to have had an item before and use it for it to work. Having a pokemon without a item won't boost its speed. Also, I'd try an assault vest build for the Conkeldurr instead.
