Gotta just replace some HMs and shit-tier moves. I assume everyone will be level 50. What Pokemon/items/moves are banned? I'd like a definitive list of things not to do. There are no banned items aside from the Soul Dew, which is inaccessible in gen VI as of now. Not all legendaries are banned. Only cover legendaries and event-exclusive legendaries are. All moves are allowed, although Dark Void-spamming Smeargle are never appreciated. [spoiler=Exact list] Banned legendary Pokemon: Mewtwo (subsequently its Mega Evolutions), Mew, Ho-oh, Lugia, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys (all formes), Dialga, Palkia, Giritina (both formes), Manaphy, Phione (lol), Darkrai, Shaymin (both formes), Arceus (all formes), Victini, Zekrom, Reshiram, Kyurem (all formes), Meloetta, Keldeo, Genesect, Diancie. Oh, and Hoopa and Volcanion. Allowed legendary Pokemon: Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Raikou, Suicune, Entei, Regice, Regirock, Registeel, Latias, Latios, Mesprit, Uxie, Azelf, Cresselia, Heatran, Cobalion, Terrakion, Virizion.
