Tested it with other second gen females and they're all good. It would appear that Morgan's modifiers remain the same regardless of who Cynthia's father is. Also, was it a conscious choice to make "Modifiers" to not be the last option in the drop down menu? Pretty sure it wasn't like that before the site upgrade.
