Maxkibram
I just started playing Fire Emblem last night, and I'm to the point where you recruit Florina and Wil. Can somebody please tell me when I'm going to be able to play the damn game without it constantly doting on me. Am I going to have to go through a mini-tutorial every time I recruit a new unit? I know this is the first Fire Emblem released outside of Japan, so it was supposed to tutor players on its mechanics, but this is starting to get ridiculous. BrightBow
I'm afraid this will continue up to and including chapter 10. However once you've made it through the game once, you can start a new game right from chapter 11. X-Naut
If you're playing on an emulator get a save that's cleared the game at least once. LHM is identical to LNM but without the tutorials, and can be skipped entirely. That's all I can suggest because there's no way to manually turn them off... MisterIceTeaPeach
Unfortunately there's no way to turn off the tutorial advices in Lyn's story part, if it's your first playthrough.
Alertcircuit
That's why I always suggest for people to get into the series via FE7, because if you already know what you're doing, Lyn mode gets to be a slog. You just gotta get through it.

Tables
Chapter 7x is more or less where it stops. There's still one or two things after that, but at least from chapter 2 onwards you only get told to do things on the first turn (mostly).
