Looks like I have to start the next part for the AP Up III gem. This is the point that I've now got to consult with Colony 6. But...starting on the construction...it won't be easy. Regarding this. Getting started. For you, Juju. Some others you have to do to complete Part II of the Nopon Village "Find The Kingpin" quest! At least there is land. ;_; Yay! <3 All a matter of constructing throughout LV1. Gotta get some people to move in soon. It should look decent now. Still some debree outside of the castle-like entrance. After a slew of quests, about 30 of them to raise enough affinity which 3 stars upon the central colony is required to continue the King's Tomb quest. You get about 50 points per star which if you get two stars upon a quests completion, you get 100 points towards the city. The city affinities affect the outcome of the area as a whole upon this... ---- The number of area affinity points received from quests depends on the difficulty of the quests. Each star is worth 50 points. A big star is worth at least 250 points. Affinity can be viewed on the affinity chart, from the main menu. Area affinity is split into 5 areas: Colony 9 (which also accounts for Tephra Cave), Colony 6 (which also accounts for Bionis' Leg), Central Bionis (Satorl Marsh, Makna Forest and Frontier Village), Upper Bionis (Eryth Sea, Alcamoth, and Valak Mountain) and Hidden Village (Fallen Arm, Mechonis Field, Central Factory, Agniratha ). ---- Continue rebuilding Colony 6. Getting the Oil was easy. Just resetted and reloaded till I've got the oil from the Flavel Andos robotic enemies which they only have a 26.3% chance of dropping it! Completed! Monado Eater and Battle Soul Advanced Manual arts obtained! I've forgot to say that a few advanced manuals can also be obtained in quests. Though most can only be obtained from enemies. Just finished the important quest and now going to make Shulk a real Bionis. Completed! Well...what do you know...I've got the first half of the battle done! Lupa has this which you can receive through trade once the Central Bionis' affinity is at three stars. Other collectopedia items can only be obtained this way...Only one more bug item to go and the AP Up V gem is mine! But...getting 4 stars for the second item from Colony 9 is going to take a good while! Used them! Shulk is now really a special warrior. ^~^ Used this which got it to advanced level! Awesome! <33333 A Permanent resident for one of your slot, Shulk till I can get a better one. The Level VI one can be obtained after the Mechonis Core(Didn't have a look at the outlook of the place as I don't want to be spoiled as I had to know how much time that I had for these timed quests before they would not become available anymore. Most of them expire after completing the core!) from a quest which you've got to get all of these other ones for the AP Up III gem done first (As these quests for it are only available before finishing the Core!) This item permanently increases EXP by another 25%. Along with Fiora's 20% EXP UP skill tree ability, Shulk can nearly get 50% more EXP after every fight now. You can also get an EXP UP gem after completing Nature LV5 of Colony 6's reconstruction. Good luck with that as some of it's ingredients are obtainable from foes that are already more experienced that my team right now. They're around the 77-80-ish. Looks like the Colony 6's Ether cylinders were getting attacked by some uninvited guests. Shulk the vampire! Monado Eater! This removes buffs and inflicts bleed at the same time when getting hit by this move! :D Just like Night Sword in FFT. If Shulk gets equipped with the critical heal ability which costs 50 affinity coins which have picked more up along the way by battling more unique enemies as these slew of quests were getting done...Shulk should heal up some as he crits from any move which the Eater art has a high chance of doing so! Shulk the rabid wolf. This is what the Eater animation looks like! Just putting on the EXP Up III gem! To be continued... Time for the Safety First quest, then the Secret Mission quest. Looks like we have got to deliver it! Delivered! Okay. Okay. After finishing up this one! Now can continue the "Find the Kingpin" quest! 550 EXP, because of the skill tree ability that Shulk has that you receive 10% more EXP upon completed quests work. Good! My cities affinities. The Telethia had Psychic powers and got beat. The Mechonis must have had Purging kind of powers if they were to succeed against them. *spoiler* Lady Meyneth needed a host which Fiora was perfect for her sincerity. *spoiler* It's a clash of the two titans upon which Lady Meyneth was one of them with Zanza being the other. Looks like Fiora has become an endless. Melia doesn't seem to think so since she questions that if this is the Telethia who fought the Mechonis here and lost. Yep. Till Shulk freed him. The Monado wouldn't be able to cut organic lifeforms without his awakening of the light blade version II anyhow. Indeedy. He will return. Dunban doen't like it. I don't know. Because of your sincerity and beauty that made you one of the most popular people of Colony 9. (Updated Complete!) The truth has at last awakened. True. Metal Face would have had his way otherwise. The Monado tried to save Fiora, but it was too late. -.- True. Well...it is no wonder that it overwhelmed Dunban. Yep. :D It's worth a try. Bye. Better Equipment for Fiora. With this much...they're easily affordable. Having Metal Faces here are bond to be a Unique monster that you get an Affinity Coin for defeating them only for the first time! Also...LV68 Shulk. Seems the Mechonis are getting hungry. Mechonis's senses are tingling. Matter of getting a new art for Riki after defeating a tough foe. Now having "Spoils Of War" along with the AP Up III Gem makes it 40% AP increase per battle now that he has enough Affinity Coins for it! The EXP Up 20% increase that Fiora has along with the EXP Up III Gem makes it 45% EXP increase per battle which is pretty good at this point of the game since you need these for when your at higher levels. EXP gains do go down to about at tenth when your levelled to the point that the enemy's tag is colored black. That's why that these get useful at anytime. Yay! But...not right now. Always good to reload whenever that you don't get a manual that you don't have. Quests here have already started. LV68 everyone. Shulk: This is the Monado's Power. (Armor) It all a matter of casting Armor whenever that you battle large creatures/machines. Juicy EXP/AP for u, Shulk. Now we know why that Nintendo didn't want to at first give us this game. You actually grabbed a Metal Face that is covered with blood since Homs pilot them. Pretty beyond the NOA environment. Shulk: This is the Monado's Power!!!! Riki, your up next. It's all a matter of giving him a Toppling Move Roly Poly to make this fair game! Topple alot if you don't have the Monado Armor art. Turning up the heat after preventing a bleak future! Oh noes. D: Did it! Yay! Toppled! Thanks, Riki. Thank god that this art is alot easier to get than the Monado Eater art. Shulk: I'll bust you up. Monado Eater. He should have had Pigma Dengar's line "I'll bust you up REAAAL good!" Oh, well. Did the art again which removed his buff's and bleed him. Another Advanced Manual. Shulk's a rabid wolf. (Monado Eater) Having both Bleed and Chill stack is bound to drain alot of heath worse than poison in RPG's. Shulk: I'll bust you up! Another quest done! (Monado Eater) Too bad that the Mechonis doesn't know that I've had Shulk study new arts while that he was away. Another Obtained! メリアありがとう メリアのマインドブラスト Riki's now hungry. Now save and reload till you get an advanced manual! I don't really see any use in Healing Gift, but thanks. Mindblast works on nearly everyone here. So...Melia is recommended since she can seal off their deadly arts. This however doesn't work on Super enemies and bosses. Shulk: I've got to get even stronger. LV70. Most people that I've seen in their runs https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JUepl2sRdts (25:00-Onward) get to around LV79. But hey...70's where you should be at this point since every boss points it out to where that you should be at that particular point of the game! The attack of the Thor. This is now going Earthbound (Mother 2) that all of Giygas' robotic forces were being controlled by him. Lat us make haste! It's tougher this time now that he sends reinforcements to help even the odds. More techniques. Shulk: Feel the bite of my fang. Awooooo. Inflicts bleed on even the boss. Countered! Okay. So another one is piloting the Mech. Depleting supplies to lower numbers never fails. Striking with Buster as it always crits Mechons. About the small blue heart...it lowers max HP for a short while. Which it's enemy only. Shadow Eye. Did an attack from behind with Back Slash which does alot of dmg along with Shadow Eye's boost. Yep. Can't topple it. Buster. Unrequited love. Egil must have strong magnetic gravity powers. You a god?! Proves it. An eviler force is controlling even him. Already turning up the heat. Aggro maxed will make it easy to keep everyone alive(Faster meter) as he does litter powerful units in this fight alongside himself. More techniques. Ends. They tell you that you have to eliminate some energy pillars which you must if to avoid a game over. Had two falls. The attack destroyed Bionis which instantly ended the game both times. Turning up the heat. Armor. Shadow Eye. The third try. Instant Death if fulfilled! Fulfilled! This is what makes it difficult. Banzaii! Finish this... To be continued.... It does play the crisis music while that you battle here. This is what I'd picture the end of this games enemy battles! It's stamp attack did over 7000 dmg to everyone. LV71 everyone. I gave Fiora the EXP I and AP I Gems along with the skill tree ability that gives off 15% more exp during the day.(Riki's) So EXP gains are really 20% during the day, because the gem gives off 5%. Headed to my next destination. You can choose whether to stay here and get EXP, or go. You cannot go back to other cities anymore as they are now locked. Well...we battle Dickson now. First Mumkhar, now Dickson. Like Shulk's back art. Fiora: Air Fang! The battle ends when about this much is wasted off him, or you. Another traitor. This time from High Entia. Only can be done if you completed all of the ringleader quests before the Mechonis Core, or this quest is gone forever until next game that is... Yes. We will. :) This margin can make a huge difference in level. At this level, you hardly won't hit him. Have to comeback after getting a little more experienced. Which the skill tree skills that increases EXP 15% during the day along with the EXP III Gem for Shulk and I for Dunban. Battling some Throne Sardi's in Colony 9. LV72 Shulk. LV72. Everyone. LV73. Shulk. LV74 Shulk. Battled some Orangutans who were at LV's 74-78. They were easy to deal with even without the Monado Armor. Plus, the equipment from the Throne Sardi's is proving to be helpful already. They're at LV70-72. But...without NG+, or around 70+, the stuff will never be yours. Plus they can't be hit if your level is too low, or with low Agility. Agility also ties with Accuracy in this game! Don't forget about it! LV75. Shulk and Dunban. It's craze activates when it's health is too low. http://xenoblade.wikia.com/wiki/Frenzied_Bana Did it. It always drops a Gold Treasure. ;_; I actually almost cried. I don't wanna see you sad. ;_; Yay! The best EXP Gem in the game which is miss-able. SR till she got an Ashera piece of gear. You can get this from other enemies...I'm sure. But...there isn't another foe like this though except the LV90ish ones. Yay! SSB Shulk time! Have picked up more manuals as they levelled up. Any foes above 60ish and above drops advanced manuals. The drops rates are higher the higher the foes level is. Well...geared up. Time to finish the game! (Update Complete!) LV99-120 enemies can be found here. One Super Enemy you can find without having to defeat Egil for the last time! Here lies bad for the unprepared! Since I don't have any good Night Vision Gems, this battle is impossible. You can also find this foe at the very end of the mountain (Where you've encountered Metal Face). He's very tough if you don't topple him. One I probably won't bother to do. Completing Other takes the longest, but the rewards are far valuable. AP V Gem obtained! Shulk LV77 This is where we head next. Her treasonous actions lead to this astray. Payback. No. After we've reconstructed some of it! What a relief. Inside the Bionis Giant. Time to get started! How they look after being defeated! I suppose this make good for trading. That I won't bother to do this time! Shulk's wolf bite. (Monado Eater) Rather nice view. :D Melia's Mind Blast does wonders here as it works on nearly every foe here. Shielding. Shulk: We can definitely do this! Some telemetry. On Fire! To be continued... You can never get more than two at a time! Peekaboo Obtained! You may want to equip Debuff protecting gems as statuses are very common at this point. When it shows those shields sometimes these hits can be countered which is called Spike Damage. Sealed off his arts. Good one, Melia. You can also use attaking gems that emmits arts seals. Another one. They can heal as their hits hit you. There's the two at once. Both which I don't have. Lv 78 Shulk Lv76 Melia and Sharla Maxed it in level after obtaining it with the over 100k AP that I've saved up with her. This is pretty good to have only that Fiora can wear it! Thankfully at the right level. It resists to nearly anything that you throw at it! Yep. An art seal happens with Melia. This boss can be inflicted bleed if you use the Monado Eater attack. Unbeatable gives you a chance to be left at 1HP to an attack that would normally kill you. Like Sturdy/Focus Sash in Pokemon. This place is pretty tough. Better hope you have some Debuff gems. Yep. Gotta prepare a little more. be right back. LV80 Shulk. LV78 Sharla and Melia. Decided to battle some higher level enemies at the swamp to get powerlevelling. These were LV82/83 enemies. Feris Wolf and Grove Quadwing. The Feris Wolf can inflict bleed and can combo three times (Savage) which can lead to doing over 8000+ dmg. It's pretty fun battling these higher level enemies. :D They can use healing regeneration. Kinda like White Wind in Final Fantasy. Trying to see if some better equipment can be obtained from them. Enemies that couldn't battle before. Can now. Without NG+ stuff, or being aorund this level, their stuff will never be yours. At least the EXP/AP gains are getting better!!! LV81 Shulk. This is Riki's best weapon in the game! Can be gotten from the LV82 Quadwings. (Gold Chest) Battling some tougher enemies at Eryth Sea. A foe that you will only see after the Mechonis Core events. Sharla LV79. It happened with a Night III and Night IV gems. Their hits would otherwise miss. A LV89 foe. Trying the Kromer Isle. The Asura Greves are good! More unique enemies. Another two in a row manuals that I don't have. Decided to make some Gems after gathering a good amount of V ingredients! This one for instance would be good for Melia's Summon Bolt. Using the All ability that allows better chance at getting Heat in crafting. If you get a heat, you will get a more upgraded gem. Like say for instance you get Level IV ingredients...if it goes to 200% in crafting which can be done with a good affinity...preferably max. It goes to a V Gem rather than a IV. This is also the only way to get VI gems as you do them with Level V ingredients. Nice one for Shulk's Light Heal. ...And to why that we didn't almost get this game. This was ripped off of a face Mechon which it was covered with Homs blood. After done crafting... One of those Avalanche Ambassy looking enemies except much weaker. Only one of it's three kind that you have to battle. Ouch. Needed to open the altar. Also...after you get this scene, you cannot return to the world map until NG+ start.
