still haven't 1cc'd any lunatics, I'd like to get on that (most likely going to try SA Lunatic 'cause I did unlock all the ReimuA practice modes before my drive was wiped asdkslffsda)

increase CPU multiplier manually (experiment around, PC-98 isn't exactly a monster machine), add "ENHANCED=b00000000000100" under [NekoProject21] in np21nt.ini for multi-threading (may or may not be actually useful)

I tried setting both the CPU multiplier and the memory to the highest setting possible, but there were no differences in the slowdown whatsoever. :/

So I just went through Practice Modo for the hell of it in Stage 6 and captured all of Byakuren's spells as well as reaching over 100 million.

Damn, her stage gives out so many points.

welp i'll have apparently have to reinstall windows on my new computer since the disk got damaged which will erase all my touhou games. So for now i'm using my linux laptop which can only play the pc 98 games :<(yes I tried using wine). Oh hey just read fera had his driver wiped. I feel better now.

I just discovered that when Nue leaves, she'll drop a bunch of point items while you're at full power.

So dying to Shou's last spell and not having full power is a no no.

Actually, no, what Nue drops in Stage 6 depends on something different.

If you bomb/die to Nue, she'll drop a large Power item and nothing else.

If you bomb/die in the stage, but not to Nue, she'll drop a Full Power item.

If you don't bomb/die throughout the entirety of Stage 6 up to that point, she'll drop a Full Power item and a wall of point items.
