Whereas the mug seems a little More androgynous and blank expressioned. ...at least to my eyes. Smaller eyes, longer face, smaller mouth, less body. It gives the mug a slightly different look. Which I find more interesting, whereas the mug itself has a rounder seeming head and just not as much character to see it. Its blank, expressionless, whereas the chibi could be interpreted as having a slightly sneering expression based on the eyes and mouth. Her head looks a few pixels too far back though, and her neck seems a little long. I think it would look better if you moved her head to the left and down. I'm digging the adult transformation you gave Lilina. The ear and the little chunk of hair above her forehead seems a little odd (four hairlines?), and seconding what Toa mentioned (you'll probably need to move/alter the collar when you do too), but the dress is nicely done and I like the overall design.
