Shin Posted December 24, 2014 Share Posted December 24, 2014 There's a few things you could do. Most of them involve making bases and growths appropriate for join time. There's no use giving people a Paladin with 20's across the board in chapter 4. On the flipside, if they join late, they'd need bases that would make them worth using without overshadowing everyone.
