Ike/Soren - not enough support for Ike/Elincia. Ike/Ranulf would be the best travel mates. Also because there is no "Ike x NoPair" option.
Chrom/Olivia - would say F!Robin for most developed but that insert-yourself mentality says no. Also blue-haired Inigo and Galeforce and Rightful King makes him Rightful Galeboy in my book

My Japanese-reading skills mentally-translate シーダ as "Shiida" in Romaji, NoJ spelling be damned. Forgot NoE also spelled her name like that but it's same difference I don't get why us filthy Americans got to spell it like "Caeda" like what is that--
