Raguna Posted April 3, 2015 Share Posted April 3, 2015 I keep looking at this struggle as will you protect the red-haired family imoutou or the blonde haired family imoutou even though the color schemes are white and black. I'm pretty sure if Nintendo wants us to have real gut-punch to the stomach, we'll be killing one of our imoutous in a heartrending cutscene alongside our waifus Carmila/Hinoka. To seal the deal we'll be ending our big bro figures before possibly . Man no matter what we do, Kamui will have to kill his family in both routes will it be his adoptive or his real family... you shall decide. :( I'm going to go on a limb here to say that Archer dude on Hoshido and Dark Knight dude on Nohr are either going to be your rivals or your best friend type guys seeing as they appear in respective cutscenes ready to attack you. The fact that they appear prominent but have no dialogue boxes makes me feel there is more to them that meets the eye anyways. Dark Knight dude gives me the snob better than you type attitude while Archer dude gives me a slow-witted but determined kind of vibe. At the very least, these two will probably be our first kills leading up to the final confrontation with our imoutous, waifus and big bros. I wouldn't call it too big of a stretch. As was mentioned previously, they could just mean that symbolically as in "brothers and sisters in arms", not to mention I noticed something that could quite possibly back up my idea. Behold, Exhibit A! (Credit to Skyrius in the screenshot thread for bringing attention to this shot.) Here, standing beside the Hoshidan ruler lady, we see Kamui with his/her face obscured by a civilian's hat. By the looks of it, it appears to be some sort of grand unveiling of Kamui's long awaited return to their homeland. Notice that on the left-hand side of the screen, we see Ryouma and Sakura looking on, but there's no sign of Hinoka. There's little reason to doubt Ryouma and Sakura being Kamui's biological siblings, and thus the two are present because of their familial ties being significant for the scene. If Hinoka is also supposed to be related to Kamui, why wouldn't she be there? It's just some food for thought, but I'm confident with this one. I actually think that Dark Knight is more of a butler-type or maybe an escort, not cold-hearted but distant. He gives me the tactician vibe in which he would take a sort of Robin-ish role if you were to go for Nohr. The Archer dude seems to be a righteous, determined guy.
