momogeek2141
I wasn't sure where to put this, so I put it here. Anyways, I'm doing an lp of FE4, and for some reason snes9x refuses to take screenshots. I'm using snes9x on a mac, and I restarted the program multiple times, but whenever I try it again, the screenshot is never taken. I've only taken 380 pictures, I've taken more before. Does anyone know why this happened?
Baldur45
I do not but try using Print Screen and paint to get snapshots. Its simple go to the screen you want a picture of and press Prnt Scr, then paste in paint.
Dr. Tarrasque
Here's a couple of things you can try: 1. Check the earlier screenshots of the game in question (the ones labeled 000, 001, etc) and check the files' "Date modified" information. If the date shown is something more recent than it should be, then I suppose the screen counter was reset somehow. 2. Send me the "snes9x.conf" file to take a look at it. momogeek2141
I think the screen counter was reset. I saw that the new images I was taking were at 000, 001, etc, instead of the original ones. Is there any way to prevent this?
Dr. Tarrasque
None that I can see. If you care that much about the screenshots just create another folder elsewhere and just periodically copy what you have to another folder and do some renaming to keep them around. Willie
An easier way to take screenshots on a mac is open Preview and press File >> Take Screen Shot
