If you click on his channel name above the stream, it should take you to his profile page. From there, you can select a tab called "Past Broadcasts". No, you don't get gameover if Kamui die. EDIT: it also depends on winning condition. Since this is Route the Enemy, as long as you kill them all, you won't lose if Kamui retreated.
