why japanese so many word for sword

Tasteless addition to the end of the list is tasteless

To be fair, the Western world has plenty of different types of swords to. Broadsword, short sword, bastard sword, etc.

Did a knife of some kind cut your post short, Ein?

If there is only my perception of WAN and I perceive that it has an end, then it has an end. Or, alternatively, if I perceive it and then stop perceiving it, it has an end even if I don't perceive (notice) the end.

Least the blade wasn't called the Hinokagutsuchi :P

Shishio's ultimate attack was the Kagutsuchi, and I sometimes wonder if Mugen and Jin are named after Shishio's sword, the Mugenjin (or if they're named after some other mugen jin thing).

His sword wasn't named Mugenjin, 無限刃 just means "infinity blade." It's the name of his technique. Mugen's name is a play on infinity, hence his writing his name using that symbol. Jin's is 仁, if the wiki is to be believed, which means virtue and potentially simply "man".

Edit: lol nevermind he actually named it mugenjin. Same meaning but wow so dumb.
