I'm a bit new to Fates; how does Shigure get puppet from Kaze?

By Kaze being his father in Birthright, hence the Transfer (B for Birthright).

Anyways, fond a good Base skillset for everyone for now:

I'm using -faires for now due to the safeness. I'll get to passing "Life or Death" around later. There will be filler skills until the DLC comes.

Also, Deadly Breathe + Savage Blow is fun. Please excuse some of the Japanese names. Asugi is really diverse due to his mods so many classes could fit him. Also, I'll be "My Castle" Hunting for Dragon Fang Children. At the very least. everyone should get Breaking Sky (Siegbert & Soleil)

Quick question: Can a 3rd Gen Kana A+ with Velouria as her mother?

I know I'll be ending Corrin @ Swordmaster but wanna know if I have to chose Fighter as my secondary. Velouria passes down Wolfskin...

If Kana is the child of any of his/her A+ options, he/she cannot A+ them.

Same with Shigure/M!Kana and their siblings. If their sibling is one of their A+ options, they cannot A+ with them.

OK thanks I figured that was the case. I'll just chose Fighter as my Secondary and "A Rank" Corrin with someone such as Hinata or Ryoma to get Swordmaster.

Make Caeldori a Diviner. Hits hard but you can patch up her speed with a Skill from the Pegasus Tree that gives +5 to Double Threshold.

Because... do Trample + Bowfaire stack? If so I'd tank Trample too. Then the only thing he doesn't get an extra +5 to are mounted units, of which he super effectively strikes two types anyway.

If so that could be pretty boss for Charlotte!Dwyer, allowing him to use the Great Club at 65% effective base Accuracy. If he got Heartseeker that would bump it up even more. This guy seems pretty boss: +6/-1/+3/+3/0/-1/-2 mods. He dies to Mag but that is remedied through Tomebreaker which he has natural access to. His personal would make this even better. Also Blonde L looks awesome.

-Heartseeker (+20 Hit)

Generally, is it a good idea to follow the kid's stat pattern when choosing their variable parent? I'm unsure how to optimise for most of the kids because I'm just bad at units tbh. I've got Mozu!Siegbert and MagCorrin!Nina down but anything else is mostly in the air.

Also, who needs Nyx more, Ophelia or Leon? I'm sort of contemplating these pairings for Conquest:

Kaze x Camilla

Effie x Leon or Effie x Arthur

Benny x Charlotte (Haven't had the chance to build supports for him but he deserves a good support)

ok honestly at a lost who to support, so some recommendations of what kids need could help because the actual supports are giving me nothing.

I've been doing some planning for Revelation pairs that I will be using for my Lunatic run:

• (+Str/-L) Corrin/Azura (for Shigure)
• Kaze/Rinka (heard that this is Rinka's only acceptable pair-up, plus it benefits both to a decent extent)
• Subaki/Orochi (magic Baki setup, plus Cael)
• Arthur/Effie (lolsworthy Percy)
• Takumi/Setsuna (dump pairing for other pairings)
• Leo/Felicia (Hinata has Sakura, Felicia has been called a good sub)
• Hinata/Sakura (Not 100% sure, though.)
• Odin/Elise (Elise's only decent pair)
• Niles/Beruka (Camilla's taken by Ryoma, Beruka is considered a sub)
• Kaden/Oboro (complete patch-up for everyone)
• Keaton/Hana (lolsworth Velouria from what I've heard)
• Azama (no spouse)
• Silas/Hinoka (balanced pair, supports benefit both)
• Ryoma/Camilla (for Shiro)
• Saizo/Kagero (for Asugi)
• Laslow/Peri (complimentary to each other and Soleil)
• Hayato/Nyx (Nyx gets put here, still good from what I've heard)
• Benny/Mozu (placeholder)
• Jakob/Selena (placeholder)

Mind giving me some feedback as to some changes? I should also say that it is for a mix of in-game and PvP, with in-game being the most indicative of the two.

No, you can still get the A+ support with Niles.

Why wouldn't it stack? Because both give +5 damage and you fear that the game would only acknowledge one? Then other damage bonus skills like Life or Death/Spendthrift wouldn't stack either, but I'm pretty I saw people talking about that combo during JP release. Unfortunately, I'm European scum, so I can't make sure by testing myself.

Doing a Corrin X Azura playthrough of Revelations on Lunatic with grinding and DLC whenever it feels needed. What would be the best Boon/Bane for Corrin with post-game and children in mind?

Was thinking of doing + Strength, - Defense over +Strength, - Luck and Lance Fighter as my secondary class. Thoughts? Any better ideas?

I would say immediate reclass if you can. Nyx is a better Mage and comes one chapter after Odin so there is no point on keeping him Dark Mage unless you want to abuse the Fire Orbs in Chapter 10, which he wont use well anyways.

First of all I recommend a different bane. -Mag really negates some of the Spd +Spd give (only 3 instead if 4. May not seem big, but still). Also, Dragonstone. This will save your ass regardless of if you are using it in your final build or not. I recommend -Luk TBH.

Dragonstone is that useful ? I was thinking to do my plays without it... But well, i'll keep that advice in my head.

Dragon Ward is activate about his adjacente ally, and for this latter. But yeah, the activation is less probable to happen anyway. You're point is good, too.

I got Xander to Lv.15, and he's married to Charlotte. Do think it would be benefit him more to Heart seal into a Great Knight for Luna, Partner Seal into a Hero for Sol, or keep him as a Paladin. I could also make him into a Lodestar but I was thinking of using that on my Corrin.

My FeMU's boon and bane will be +Spd and -Lck (to benefit Selkie), not sure about class yet though, maybe Dark Knight since there are none in Hoshido?. I also intend on trying to play Lunatic.
