huh

Aren't they the same thing?

Maybe when humans perception of positives and negatives change. Or society.

Also, haven't really heard of partly cloudy in a long time since I came here.

When the Sun is shinin' in the sky, there ain't a cloud in sight

It's stopped rainin', everybody's in a play

And don't you know, it's a beautiful new day

When I'm running down the avenue, see how the sun shines brightly,

in the city, on the streets

where once was pity, Mister Blue Sky is living here today

i was told in a meteorology class that they're unstrictly, generally considered to mean the same thing wrt sky coverage percentage. "partly sunny" is limited because it can't be used at night (tough class!), but it sounds cheerier than "partly cloudy." so for me it would only stop being partly cloudy and start being partly sunny if i *feel* *in* *my* *heart* that the mood needs it

they're the same but with a different outlook

this was the best answer

QUESTION SEVEN HUNDRED AND SIXTY-EIGHT: What occasions do you send out cards for?

birthdays? valentine's day? christmas? are they real cards or .pngs?

wow last night you seemed to like my answer the most :c

you only actually love me when you're drunk :C

it's usually not me doing the sending~ it was mostly just my dad getting a card for a brother's birthday and I'd sign it along with everyone else
