i'm a baby who only benches like 40lbs

It's been forever since I last tried so I can't remember for the life of me (and chances are I could bench more than I benched that time, they were trying to go easy on me ;u;)

I cannot say that I lift because I have only lifted like once or twice and I don't really plan on getting into it regularly

I know I can do 60lbs, but I've never really gone beyond that - my weights only go up to 60! Plus too lazy for gyms.

Never done that.

On the other hand, considering I've struggled to carry stuff that is around 18-19 kg... it would probably be something pathetic if I were to try. Don't know what would change from GYM weights to other objects. Either way, not like I can try, my back wouldn't forgive me.

I can bench around 60-70 lbs. Slowly trying to get to 80 lbs.

When I was an athlete my PR was 210.

I was... So close to joining the 225 club... SO CLOSE QQ

i dont bench with a bar so i have no idea what my max is, and i work out for strength/toning not really going for heaviest weights so i guess i dont know. im sure i could do 135 at the very least

105 lbs last time I checked! Haven't really benched much since then though, so it might've gone down.
