Making Female Shaman palettes is a little bit more annoying than making Male Shamans. Basis [spoiler=Hex] 5553FF7FFF6B1F4B2E19C97A455A21451D2DD7206C18F922131AAF0DE624A514 Hero Lyn. It appears that the female hero isn't in FE recolor, so you'll have to settle for Male Hero Lyn: I was really struggling to try and get a proper blue color.
