Knife
I just found my copy of Path of Radiance behind my couch and holy shit I realize its worth a lot of money. I really want that money, but I want to at least play through it one last time before I sell it and never play it again. What are some fun recommended theme settings? I already played the fixed mode and the hard difficulties. Edited September 9, 2015 by Knife
~Silver
This... Is your last time playing a valued game, Knife. Why listen to us for advice? Play it how you want to, make it memorable.
Knife
The problem is that I'm not creative and don't know how to have a good time on my own.
deactivated
I think you should just try to have the most fun with the game (Use the lower difficulties, don't overwork your brain, etc) before you sell it. It will give you one last playthrough to remember.
Knife
Damn alright, easy mode it is
Baldrick
Sothe/Volke/Sages only. Three guesses what equipment Soren/Ilyana/Tormod should gain on promotion.
Refa
Light magic. It's gotta be light magic.
IcyShallows
Easy mode is ew. Hard mode, only Knights (animations turned ON). Maximum laughs at the most awkward animation ever. Then immediately afterwards- maximum rage at the slowest game ever. (h̶e̶a̶l̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶v̶e̶s̶?̶)
ClLoulD
Personally, I'm having a lot of fun playing a No-Mounts run (Not including Mist) and it's quite challenging on hard mode, having to train Rolf and having Boyd being the tankiest member of the group for the first fourteen or so chapters. Anacybele
Why would you want to sell it? It's a great game. :(
Knife
I remember Knights having a retarded attack animation. *takes 5 years to walk up to an enemy and slowly stab them* Edited September 10, 2015 by Knife
Anacybele
Oh yeah, those knight animations in PoR and RD, so slooow. But that's kind of a silly reason to give up the game. lol
IcyShallows
Path of Radiance and Radiant Dawn are really rare games, thus, able to sell for a lot more. I can't bring myself to sell my copies (because uh, they're my favourite games >.>) but I can understand why he'd want to. Basically a quick 100 bucks if you're smart and the game is in good condition. (Also, I think the knight comment he made was a response to me. :P)
maybe
Thing is, despite the fact that plenty of people try to sell it for around 100 dollars, you have to consider it from the buyer's side too. Most people probably wouldn't actually spend that much on any game, let alone a Gamecube game. I'd recommend going for around 60 or something if you want to actually sell it Edited September 10, 2015 by maybe

I wouldn't be suprised if he managed to sell it for $

If he didn't like it, I'd understand selling it, especially for the reason you just stated, but... xP
Knife
I mean, I can only play one game so many times no matter how good it is. The game being super valuable just motivates me to actually sell it.
