True, but most pokemon that have this feature tend to be primarily blue, like Wailord, Kingdra, Heracross, Wobafett, Walrein, Lapras and (vice versa) Mew, Ditto, Polygon 2, Nidoking, Miltank, Gligar, the list goes on.
