He could get up to 70% off grabs (which other characters can do already) and had a kill "confirm" that could be escaped. Nobody thought about how his mobility and shield options were poor and still are. Speaking of Luigi's mobility, I'd like a buff that would allow him to go into attacks while sliding from his bad traction. I hate how right now sliding just makes him unable to do anything for a couple seconds. In fact, I think Brawl actually allowed him to use moves while sliding.
