CooledEvergreen Posted February 18, 2016 Share Posted February 18, 2016 Imo defiantly Astra. No matter the skill stat Lethality always has a low chance of activating because it is Skill divided by 4. Meanwhile Astra is skill divided by 2 and Noire would have a high skill stat because Lon'qu is the father. Astra when activated can do 2.5x the damage, and since each hit has a chance to critical, Astra can do up to 7.5x the damage. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
