No, the + 5 spd is calculated against your opponents unaltered speed stat, and vice versa. This makes it legitimately possible for both attacker and defender to double in the same round of combat

So I get +5 SPD when attacking, but effectively -5 SPD when defending?

Excalibur is best for Ophelia with Vantage active since Excalibur has a super high crit rate with her, higher than Mjolnir even.

That's who I'm using it on, since Awakening + Vantage + Witch Class bonus + Excalibur/Mjolnir + Skill stat gives me between 75 and 95 crit.

100+ crit when initiating, though, because Death Blow.

Still looking for Gamble on her, though.

And don't Mjolnir and Excalibur have the same crit chance?

Forged Mjolnir seems better, tho, since 4x crits make up for it.

Just checked and yes they do, which is really weird because my crit percent is always higher with Excalibur.

Has anyone actually seen this happen? If so, what's the order of attacks? Attacker, defender, attacker, defender?
