My avatar is married to her, and I've got a little over 1 big heart with her. She hasn't said anything about being Severa! If anyone would be able to answer, that would be great. I've bonded with Kaze like twice and I think he only has one heart still lol If you have an A rank with the unit you want to bond with, you should be able to see the 3 big hearts that need to be filled out when you bring them to your Private Quarters next time. The little heart beside their name just means you can be closer to them (sometimes inviting them then will trigger their next support to become available) but doesn't actually add anything to your bond meter especially if you don't see the 3 big hearts at the top.
