Let's see, she joins at level 1, so if she immediately became a Witch, after 19 levels she could have a grand total of: 23 Magic if she gets Magic EVERY level-up, and ~12 Magic if I'm lucky. I might as well just kill her off. Oh boy, Strategist Ryoma 2.0, now with No Supports, guarantied! Anyways, on to a mer serious topic, Setsuna is going to be like Kaze.
