Those bonus from three path are available in each?

I didn't use boots or dread scroll etc... i'm on Birthright currently.

If i use them, they won't be available in the two others path?

You'll get the rewards for path bonuses again for each save file. Using and obtaining them doesn't lock them out in any other save file. Hope that helps
