Wayward Alchemist
Okay so the rules are simple: Units must only use unforged Bronze weapons, Fire Tomes, and basic Staves. While I'm sure this is no original thought, it's implications in Fates are quite interesting: Pros + 10 Crit avoid is always welcome + Stellar Hit rates + Great inventory management Cons - No Crits - No cheesing the game with Procs - Damage output takes a beating - Gg Prf weapons - Only source of 1-2 range is squishy Mages or extremely weak Bronze Kunai If you wanted to be super hardcore you could ban having Prf weapons in Inventory and Hoshidan weapons since their Nohrian counterparts are undeniably inferior (especially the Shurikens vs the Daggers, what were they thinking?!) quasimopho13
Might be helpful to use classes with extreme stats to offset the bronze weapons (i.e. Berserker/Sorcerer)
PuffPuff
Bronze weapons actually make the game easier for their critical evasion and not needing proccing skills anyway for the most part.
Emerson
Bronze weapons actually make the game easier for their critical evasion and not needing proccing skills anyway for the most part. Sure, but everyone but MU and the top tier units (Ryoma, Camilla, etc.) won't have any combat potential until you can get them to +3 or higher. And by that point, those weapons will be going to the better characters anyways to make them even better. Basically, this entire run is either entirely grinding of materials for forging, or using only the best units. EDIT: Forgot no forging. In that case, only the MU and top tier units will be any good. Everyone else will be dealing damage in the 5-10 range consistently. Edited August 21, 2016 by TrueEm
guedesbrawl
I doubt bronze weapons give you enough damage output to survive against waves of tanks like BR's lategame loves to do. You can't finifsh off all the enemies in 2 attack phases, will get overwhelmed and killed.
