Divine Weapons had good expectations, but ended up being yet another supporting Insignia, like Mark of Naga. Both have good potential for Main Characters, but each have their own issues to overcome. And if you want, add how you think they can be made viable. Or overpowered. Choose one, choose both. I wouldn't mind a viable Ryouma, though.
