Dang it! We had all the cards in our hands when we were talking about the Literature Club, but now they're talking about Star Wars and I can't see the spoilers!

You and me both, haha. It's gonna be a long ride until I finally watch it myself...

The foxes were a great reference to Rebels and the Ice Wolves they had aka the LotheWolves. As for my epire vibes both had

The movie starting with the rebels running from their base that is destroyed.

The main Jedi runs off to a weird planet where they are turned down from being trained.

Said Jedi leaves their training early in order to go try to save someone.

And they both fail.

Parent reveal.

A gambling Casino guy who stabs the other main characters in the back after earning their trust.

A ghost from the master jedis past comes and talks sense into them.

Destroyed/Lost lightsaber.

That last planet was so much like Hoth. If they didn't tell me it was salt i would have thought it was snow.

There are more similarities but these were the big ones that stuck out to me. I

Well, now the movie has been ruined for me. I can't possibly enjoy it now that I know so much about it going into it. Thanks for the huge spoilers >:((((((((((

Of pure coincidence, I am presently doing a test in my stupidly tough AP Statistics class whilst procrastinating on here, and behold a question:

Spoiler

Some people believe in the force (yes, like in Star Wars). To test if young Anakin Skywalker has the force with him, he is told that some cards that Yoda can see but Anakin cannot contain a picture of a planet, a lightsaber, a laser rifle, or a spaceship. As Yoda looks at 20 such cards in turn, Anakin tries to guess what is on the card Yoda is looking at. Of course, Anakin has a 25% chance of simply guessing correctly.

...

... As we are presently talking about Star Wars...

Wait, 39? Again? I mean, I'm not complaining, but this must be the 4th time at least.

Hehe... speaking of movies I still need to watch...

You haven't seen Moana? Now that's disappointing. It's probably one of their better ones in recent times. Not as good as Tangled, but it was still good.

If it's any consolation, I have seen Tangled. I'm just not much of a movie guy anymore, to be honest.

i honestly thought frozen was a bit better than tangled but specta comes down on the opposite side of that debate and tangled was real good anyway so why split hairs

Split hairs? Tangled? Eh? Eh?

Frankly I'd rank the three as Tangled > Moana > Frozen

Frozen would be number 1 but unfortunately all the ice melts by the end, which is a serious downer for winter-loving me.

But, uh, mods? You know you could have just started a new topic discussing the best recent Disney Princess Movies. You really didn't need to jump into our conversation. Really. I mean, it's not that you're not welcome here, but... uh... er...

It's been a little while since I've seen them, but I'd put Tangled just a bit above Frozen. I'm glad I watched Frozen before all of the hype nonsense happened, so I could actually enjoy it for what it is.

This hurts beep.  Disney is my life!  That's actually who I want to work for one day.  Even if you don't care for the story, The animation makes it worth the watch!! Please go complete your movie education and report back to me.

I really liked Frozen! Everyone went crazy over Elsa but I  personally liked Anna's character so much that the movie was made one of my favorites because of her.  Totally not because I'm a younger sister trapped in my perfect older sister's shadow and just wants to be loved. ;-; I've got problems. The soundtrack and animation were absolutely beautiful!

If I had to rank then it'd be

Frozen>Moana>Tangled

But tangled totally has the best villain song of the 3 and I totally relate to all the problems with long hair.  I Just didn't like the storyline as much with it.

Doki Doki time!

Spoiler

So I assume that since I got the credits roll, I won the game?

Frozen would be better than Tangled, but I have a little sister, so things work differently.

And yes, I am dying to see Star Wars.

Fine, fine! I'll go ahead and watch it while I have dinner, since it seems that I'm the only one here who hasn't seen it yet. I will give an update in about an hour and forty-seven minutes, then.

2 @SullyMcGully Yep, you're done. There are other endings you can get, but otherwise you're good!

I was raised on Disney! It's basically one of the requirements of being a member of my family! I am actually wearing a Donald Duck T-shirt right now. Also, cool! I know someone who wishes to work at Disney as well, though I think he'd more like to be a worker at a park rather than (I assume) an animator.

I'd like Frozen more but I kinda had too high of expectations for it prior to watching. I mean, I am the King of Ice. I expected more snow and cold, and was disappointed by a lack of it. Not saying it didn't have any; just not enough. Plus, it's far too mainstream now. Otherwise Elsa would be the first member of my Ice Army. Though in all fairness, I could and have watched the scene where Elsa builds her castle for days on end.

My younger sister always related to Anna, though more because she felt forgotten when my older sister stopped playing with her.

Do Frozen and Moana even have villain songs? Aside from "Shiny?"

As in, you've seen the movie on repeat almost 50 times by now?
