Then in Mega Man 8 when he has his voice debut, he spawns a renowned meme where he tries to chase after Mega Man but finds that his body can't fire its main weapon and says, "Not again. I need another jolt. Get him while I recharge." even though it was Clown Man that he sent to chase after Mega Man. You can play the game normally but being able to play the games side missions requires either meeting absurd unlock conditions or you can simply buy to unlock them by paying a small fee. Better yet, playing the game is very hard to achieve even on the easiest setting unless you acquire the upgrade parts from the side missions. Then it's released on every platform everywhere after about a year with the same content but an extra mission that unlocks a Ryu costume for MegaMan Volnutt.
