Gible from Masuda method in Y as well. Salandit (female somehow) from SOS in Sun. Rockruff from SOS in Sun. Goomy from SOS in Sun while hunting for Fomantis. Fomantis from SOS in Sun. And Grubbin from SOS in Sun. Oh...wait, forgot about Wishiwashi...got that from SOS in Sun too. As for what I'm currently hunting that list is short, I'm looking for Dewpider and Type: Null currently. I got one while outside of the Lush Jungle during postgame... It was a shit nature and shit so meh. Although I have seen more shinies in this game than ever though. Have been rather lucky. I had read that before but I wasn't sure as to it's validity. either way, I welcome the change. I welcome any change in pokemon that allows for an easier time in getting the pokemon you want. Now if only we could just implement a sort of pkhex (just nature, IV's, ability, shininess) for eggs and that'd be great. Not a pokemon I considered using before, but I liked the yellow colour scheme so I put it on my team for online battles. Weakness policy + Unburden packed quite a punch when it triggered so it performed good as well. In Omega ruby I found a shiny after I stopped looking for one. I'm no shiny hunter, but I did spend a lot of time doing random wild battles in the hope of finding a shiny. Eventually I realised the chances where very low so I stopped. I was somewhat hoping I'd find one again but knew the actual odds this time so I knew it was probably worthless. It was the same gender, too) Wingull (gen 6, random horde while training. It kick started my gen 6 hunting obsession) Mareep (gen 6, hording) Whismur (gen 6, hording) Scraggy (gen 6, hording) Poliwhirl (gen 6, chain fishing) Relicanth (gen 6, chain fishing) Dratini (gen 6, chain fishing. First Dratini on the chain, too.) Magikarp (gen 6, chain fishing. I was stupid and didn't trade my first shiny to Black 2 before restarting White so I decided to get one and name this one after her) Corphish (gen 6, chain fishing) Seaking (gen 6, chain fishing) Luvdisc (gen 6, chain fishing) Skrelp (gen 6, chain fishing. I actually was hunting for one when I got the Relicanth, and it took a couple months for me to get one due to my huge chains breaking) Barboach (gen 6, chain fishing) Petilil (gen 6, random in the friend safari) Butterfree (gen 6, random in the friend safari) Pansear (gen 6, friend safari. I was heading to Hapu's house for the story and it appeared, tried throwing a quick ball, failed, switched to a Pokemon I would trust to weaken it and it roared that turn. When I get the shiny charm I'll probably try to get one since I now have a decent False Swipe Pokemon) Once I get the shiny charm I'm going to try to MM a Litten and a Jangmo-o, and chain for a HA Pikipek for certain. Maybe also MM a Rowlet or Chimchar. I think that's all. I might have forgotten some gen 6 ones since I can't remember all of them off the top of my head. I didn't catch the Ho-oh tough because I was curious what I did in order to have the Ho-oh change like that, so instead I reset and tried to have it appear again. Seeing how this was my first shiny (not counting the Gyrados obviously), I was unaware that the appearance of a shiny was completely random. Ghastly- a long time ago I was just exploring the Old Chateau in Pearl, and I found it. I wasn't hunting for shinies or anything; I just found it randomly. Alolan Vulpix- long jump from the previous shiny. I was trying to find a Vulpix with Snow Warning for my team in Sun when during the SOS battle it appeared. I put it on my team despite looking much worse than normal Alolan Vulpix/Ninetails and having a horrid nature. (+ attack? Really?) Sneasel- walking into Mount Lanakila in the post game to find the Iceium Z and it just appeared. Again, I wasn't planing on finding it or anything; it was simply the first Pokemon I ran into. I've also received a couple of shinies through the GTS in White 2. Don't remember them all, but there was at least a Seismitoad and Vaneluxe.
