@BoringBoi Nice legends. I'd pull for Berkut and Alm. A few nitpicks, though:

1) For Robin & Berkut: Their BSTs are too low. You could actually give Robin 3 more points and Berkut 1 more point, since BSTs have inflated now. Alm's fine though.

2) For Alm, why does Valentian Bow only have its effect against Swords, Lances, and Bows? That just strikes me as an odd combination.
2.5) Alm again, why does Shield of Legends not affect Staff users? It affects the other ranged weapons, so why not this one?

3) For Robin, is Divine Thoron's effect supposed to be like Brazen ATK/SPD? If so, why is it +5 instead of +7?
3.5) I don't like Tactical Ploy. +1 omni-Drive buff is underwhelming (Marth's Falchion refinement gives +2 to everything, so that's already been done), and giving Panic Ploy to a 32-HP unit just seems wrong.

4) For Berkut, he shouldn't have Wrath unless it's a special exclusive skill thing, since Wrath isn't allowed on cavalry and flying units...
4.5) And I don't especially want you to give him a special exclusive Wrath thing, because I quite like Nuibaba's Ward.

Outside of those things... Yeah, I like these units.

So, gonna just unpack a whole buncha heroes that've been bouncing about in my head for a while:

First, a Sacred Stones banner & GHB unit (who I doubt will ever actually end up in Heroes, to be honest):

That's all I have for the moment. Sorry if this is a bit long.
EDIT: Changed Ylgr from Infantry to Flying, 'cause I saw some posts in the Hrid Appreciation thread that made me think she could be a flier.

I was trying to be conservative when making these units. Maybe I went a little 'too' conservative. I've been keeping up with the meta to an extent, but the last time I really created any units since the Brave Hero era, so I wasn't too aware of how stats have changed overtime since then when it comes to newer units. Thanks for the feedback anyways.

Legendary Micaiah

If Micaiah were to be added as a blue tome user again, which is quite likely because Ephraim, Ike and Hector all had legendaries of the same colour compared to their original. I would give her the tome Rex Aura because after Lekain's death, Micaiah is the one who gets hold of his contract and the outfit she'll be wearing is her light Priestess one because that is her at her most powerful and where she helps fight the legendary threats in the tower.

Rex Aura will provide +3 def and it will have 14 might. It will also come with a steady breath effect to increase her def by +4 on enemy phase while reducing cool down by 2 per attack.

Stats/Skills

HP: 35 Att: 35 (49 with tome equipped) Speed: 28 Def: 23 (26 with tome equipped) Res: 30

The reason I bumped her defence at the cost of res is that she receives +5 def and +4 HP upon her promotion so I find it fitting to augment her physical durability. After all, she gets blessed by Yune.

Assist: Sacrifice

Special: Nosferatu (restores 50% HP but costs only 2)

A Skill: Close Counter

B Skill: Chill Res

C Skill: Odd Def Wave

Explanation: Nosferatu was given to Micaiah by Naesala so it can be said Micaiah is a canonical user of Nosferatu. Both L! Ike and Zelgius have power crept versions of ordinary specials that use one less charge so Micaiah can as well.

Micaiah gets chill res to reference her ability to negate res via Corona in RD

Odd def wave improves her tankyness and the tankyness of her allies. It also introduces another odd wave skill which needs to be done eventually.

A lot of people are saying that another blue tome Micaiah will be redundant but her fighting style can be completely different. This Micaiah will have different utility compared to the original one. L! Micaiah can be an enemy phase unit that can take some hits while OG! Micaiah will be a much better mage tank and armour/cavalry nuker.

Oh, like the idea of a Legendary Micaiah. Although I don't see her really ever becoming an enemy phase unit. Even with that instant charging Nosferatu special and def buffs, her defense and speed are still so low that she won't be surviving long (well, at least on even turns). And in general, it doesn't really make sense for Micaiah to ever be an enemy phase unit given how she originally played in Radiant Dawn. I think she could still be a player focused unit that's different to he OG counterpart, not having Thani alone is enough to differentiate them. I think you could keep Corona as a version of Luna with one less charge, that would give her a particularly good offense, especially in conjunction with Steady Breath. I'd also like to see some kind of exclusive skill directly based on or named after Yune. Maybe something like Yune's Blessing: Decrease Adjacent allies Countdown Charge by 1 and increase attack and speed by 3. That could be a nice reference to how she powers up Ike for the final aether on Ashera.

I decided to make another alt for my OC Marcus since it's been such a long while. While I was at it, I also decided to update the previous two variants and my Morgans!

Changelog

Spoiler

General
- Marcus (Forsaken), Marcus (Ashen), and Morgan (Lucina) have been updated to reflect the current state of Fire Emblem Heroes.
- Renee (FuturePast!Morgan + Cherche!Morgan) has been posted here as well.

Marcus - The Forsaken Knight
- Moonlight now heals for 6 HP after any combat instead of just initiation.
- Now has Luna as a Special instead of Astra.
- Life and Death is now Deathwish, which is an "unique version" of Life and Death.
- Threaten RES has been replaced by Even Atk Wave.
- His dialogues and confession have been slightly revised.

Marcus - The Ashen Knight
- Stats have been revised (158 -> 164, among other changes).
- Dawnbreaker now has 16 MT and proper terminology for its weapon effect (calculates damage using the lower of foe's Def or Res.)
- Obstruct has been replaced by Provoke. (Prevents foes from attacking allies in adjacent spaces while this unit's HP ≥ 50. [No effect on foes with a Pass skill.])

Marcus - Knight in the Darkness
- New Alternative Form of Marcus.

Morgan - Gift From Afar
- Now revised to better represent a vanilla Lucina!Morgan instead of my personal one.
- As there are plenty of gameplay revisions, please look over the character to see what has changed!
-- Note: Dialogue has not been changed.

Morgan (Renee) - Star Seeker
- Now using Morgan as her main name, with "Renee" being on the side. Think of her as a Fallen!Morgan with cues from Future Past and Cherche.

"I never told you much about myself, have I, Summoner?

I am but a wanderer, traveling from place to place, world to world, aiding those who need it most. Some may even call me a hero for what I do, but I wonder how many see past this facade.

To put it simply, I was in love once, a long, long time ago. One could say I still technically am, provided there is any warmth within this hollowed out shell. Everything I did, everything I still do, is just for her. Yet, to be feared by someone you love is... indescribable.

It seems I have become a monster, a covetous beast. I can speak of chivalry and ideals, but such prospects can be twisted from any perspective. Love becomes jealousy, devotion into obsession, passion that smothers... My dream was shattered so another's could be fulfilled. All I wanted was to go home and become a family man, but what is a family man without a family to take care of?

Summoner, I am but a martyr, a sacrifice for the masses. Everything I do is for other people and not myself, so that they may keep their dreams alive and be free of this pain. Let them rejoice in the comfort of the light. As for me, I am forever chained in the darkness of the night.

Let the children play in the streets without fear. Let the soldiers return home to their loving families instead of perishing in war. May the dreams of peace and prosperity of the lords of the land be fulfilled. From shadows, I shall help them accomplish their desires.

After all, what is one man's shattered dream compared to the fulfilled many?"

Guest Greetings: "Hail, (name). (Friend) sent me over to see if you need anything."

Confession:

"Well, (name), it has been a long journey, hasn't it? If you have a moment, I have something I must confess.

As of late, I have been having these nightmares. I see myself, and yet it is not me. The other version wears the same armor as I, but it is battered and worn. He wields magic in combat while I stay with the sword and board. He rides into battle on a mount while I do so on foot.

Despite this, I cannot help but feel a strong connection. In those nightmares, everything seems so real. The despair, the pain, the loneliness... When I wake, I know not if I am myself again. Here, I am happy. I help you, (name), preserve the peace of countless worlds, and I know when I return home that I will be greeted with open arms.

Yet... What if this is but a dream, and that dark world is reality? Sometimes I think my nightmares are given a corporeal form and I see that "dark version" of myself walk these very halls. I know there are many different worlds and not everyone here may be from the same one, but still, it is rather troubling.

The more I ponder about this, the more I begin to believe this is all but a dream. I want to be wrong, (name), I so desperately want to be wrong. I want to go home and be embraced by my family, as if I never left. My two kids would run to me, exclaiming "Daddy's home! Daddy's home!" My wife would be there, supportive as she always is, as we hold each other close. At night, we would tuck the children into bed, and finally be able to be left on our lonesome...

Thus, I ask of you, (name). Help me. As long as I am here, I shall serve by your side. As long as I am in battle, I know that this reality is real. When all of this is over, I beg of you, send me home. I must know the answer to these questions.

For if this is all but a dream, then what purpose do I have here?..."

Guest Greetings: "I was sent over by (friend) to see if you are all right. Remember to talk to them once in a while, (name)."

Confession:

"Sometimes, I wonder. What exactly do you see in me, (name)? I have fought on the battlefield under your command for some time now, even though you have others who are far more qualified than I. Am I critical to your plans, or but a pawn to be sent to his death over and over, only to be revived by the power of your Breidablik? Am I naught but a sacrifice to be stripped of my power and transfer it to another? Perhaps an elaborate ritual is in store for me where Heroes get "sent home," only to transform into a pile of feathers?

Ah, forgive me. My pessimism has a tendency to override everything else.

Once, I fought for the people. I wanted to be a hero, a knight in shining armor, someone who people would look up to. Instead, the people I helped turned on me, stabbing me in the back after everything I did for them. I shrugged it off, but this repeated itself wherever I went. I went from a knight in shining armor, to a black knight wandering the wastes, to a simple monster that could do nothing but wait for the end of days. Sure, I would still try to help people, even in the state I was in. Yes, they too would likely screw me over, just like everyone else. Perhaps I had the worst luck, or they just took advantage of my generosity. As I descended into madness, I lost what friends and family I had left. Soon enough I was completely alone, chained in some forgotten abyss and called forth only when needed. The reward of trying to be a hero, eh?

Then you summoned me. Why you insist on fielding me and raising me I do not know. Maybe this is a long con, or perhaps your efforts are genuine. If it is indeed the latter, then I thank you. I only managed to get this far because of you.

...Still trying to fix me up, are you? I'm a man who died a long time ago and your efforts will likely go to waste, but I won't stop you from trying.

Anyways, I shall continue to assist you to the best of my ability. Just tell me where to go and I'll follow, (name). Lead on."

With the release of F!Morgan in Heroes as a Dark Flier, I decided to go back and revisit this Morgan concept. One of the major changes is that I tried to make her more vanilla than my original draft (which pulled some elements from my Awakening Avatar), so it is simply Robin and Lucina with F!Morgan.

Two of the major points of contention will likely be her Levin Sword (which is basically Grima's Expiration, but in Sword Form) as well as the Even Spectrum Wave skill. Considering the powercreep in Heroes these days, I can see such things existing. At the moment, Dragons are unique in the fact they can target DEF or RES, provided the target is 2 spaces away. They make up for this by being weak to Dragonslaying weapons, like the Falchions. However, what's to say that "normal weapons" with this attribute become available in the future? // As for Even Spectrum Wave, Helbindi's Býleistr Weapon has this effect, but is an Odd Wave instead of Even. However, Helbindi is currently an NPC character, but the effect does exist in Heroes.

Confession:

"It's been fun fighting by your side. Sometimes though, I feel like I do not belong here. You see, back in my world, I served my master, Grima, and fought against the heroes. Some even fell by my hand. But in the end, Lucina and her companions managed to kill Master Grima, my father...

Yet, during that battle, there was something strange. I saw my father there in his prime, as well as my mother. They were fighting to protect the children and against Grima. That stranger came up to me and gave me a special book, a book that I already owned from my father Grima. The notes and dog-ears were all exactly the same,  and for the first time I could not continue fighting. I could not strike down the kind and gentle father I once knew...

So, here I am, fighting by your side. I hope one day to find that stranger again, even if he is not my true father. He gave me hope, and if I learned anything from Lucina's struggle, it is that hope will never die. Until then, my axe is yours, (name)."

This Morgan (who I will be referring to as Renee) is based off of "Future Past Morgan" as well as my F!Morgan from my primary Awakening file where my Avatar married Cherche. She shares some quotes from her Awakening incarnation with new quotes being inspired by M!Robin and Cherche's appearance in Heroes. What remains is somewhat original.

I updated her back in February of this year, so there are no real things to update. However, with the new Weapon Refinery and the rise of exclusive weapons, Legendbreaker is inching more and more towards being OP.

I originally envisioned Heroes to use unique weapons for special units (such as Lords) while everyone else has generic (inheritable) weapons. However, we now have units like Fir, Felicia, Camilla, and Clair getting exclusive weapons. At this rate, Legendbreaker might as well be "Everythingbreaker" since it breaks everything...

That aside, I'm keeping Renee as is. Perhaps the daughter of Grima deserves to be somewhat broken, eh?

Old Stuff: As for Legendbreaker, it was created because Swordbreaker is illegal on Green Units and I wanted Renee to have a chance against Lucina. This way, Renee can still "technically counter swords" and bypass the Swordbreaker restriction. Legendbreaker is an extremely powerful skill due to the prevalence of legendary weapons in the Arena, and Renee can use the skill on anyone who has one equipped, no matter what color or weapon they use!

I could have given Renee a unique weapon, but I feel staying "vanilla" would be more true to her and help justify Legendbreaker. Renee doesn't need a Legendary Weapon to destroy her opponents!

@Icelerate I quite like your Micaiah! It's sufficiently different from the original, and not especially powercreepy IMO. Close Counter feels odd on a mage I would normally think of as squishy, but I could see giving her the Close DEF Sacred Seal to better survive melee foes. So, a bit odd, but she looks like she'd work pretty well. Hopefully we'll get something like this if/when Legendary Micaiah drops.

So, here are some Legendary Heroes that I doubt will happen (also, power creep):

Virion - Archest of Archers | Colorless Bow | Infantry

Spoiler

HP: 43/46/50
ATK: 31/34/37
SPD: 31/34/37
DEF: 21/24/28
RES: 10/13/17
=150~151~152

Weapon: Archest Bow [MT 14 | Grants SPD +3. When in combat with foe using Bow, this unit performs a follow-up attack & foe does not. Grants ATK +6 during combat with foe using Bow, Dagger, Magic or Staff.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Astra [4 Cooldown: Adds +150% to damage dealt.]

A Skill: Agile Stance 2 [Grants SPD/DEF +4 during combat foe initiates.]

B Skill: Archest Assault [Grants Special Charge +1 during combat if this unit performs a follow-up attack.] EXCLUSIVE

C Skill: Panic Ploy 3 [At start of turn, inflicts status on foes in cardinal directions with lower HP than this unit through their next action that turns bonuses into penalties.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Virion plays to his strengths, by which I mean he has more ATK and SPD, every bit as much HP, and drops his DEF just a little (his RES couldn't go lower).
Archest Bow: A weapon fit only for the Archest of Archers, the Archest Bow gives Virion Bowbreaker Infinity to help him out against archers who aren't as arch as Viron, SPD +3 to maybe double a bit more against enemies who aren't bow-users, and steals an effect from Parthia to give Virion +6 ATK during any combat with ranged foes to make him stronger.
Astra: Yes, he still has Astra. See a couple of skills down for why.
Agile Stance 2: Because Steady Stance was taken. Gives Virion a better chance of doubling and also gives him more DEF.
Archest Assault: Yes, I gave Virion Special Charge acceleration with no HP or Player/Enemy-Phase-Only limit... except he has to double on his own since Archest Assault doesn't give him an automatic follow-up attack. Good thing he's got Bowbreaker on his weapon then, eh? Also, this guarantees that Astra goes off on Virion's second strike against anyone who can counterattack.
Panic Ploy: To represent all of the inferior archers panicking at the sight of the Archest of Archers taking the field. Except with this Virion can scare non-archers into forgetting that buffs are supposed to increase their stats too.

Donnel - Village Legend | Blue Lance | Infantry

Spoiler

HP: 37/40/43
ATK: 32/35/38
SPD: 30/33/36
DEF: 30/33/36
RES: 22/25/29
=166~167

Weapon: Mighty Log [MT 16 | Grants ATK/SPD/DEF/RES +2 & Special Cooldown -1.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Bonfire [3 Cooldown: Adds 50% of DEF to damage dealt.]

A Skill: Bracing Stance 2 [Grants DEF/RES +4 during combat foe initiates.]

B Skill: Underdog [When unit's HP < foe's HP, grants an automatic follow-up attack during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

C Skill: Drive DEF 2 [Grants DEF +3 to allies within 2 spaces during combat.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Donnel is a pretty balanced boy, so he retains that here, dropping his HP by quite a bit to boost everything else except his ATK a bit. Plus he has launch-Armor BST now, because trainee-boosts.
Mighty Log: A simple villager gets a simple weapon. Specifically, a simple villager gets a 16-MT Slaying Lance-type weapon that gives him All Stats +2, boosting his stats up to 50/53/56 ATK, 32/35/38 SPD, 32/35/38 DEF, and 24/27/31 RES. Quite the improvement, wouldn't you say?
Bonfire: Because what else are logs good for, anyway? Burning the log makes Donnel stronger based on his pretty-alright DEF, so yeah. It's good for him, especially when his personal weapon ensures that it goes off against any foe that counterattacks him if he doubles them.
Bracing Stance 2: To survive enemy phase more easily, Donnel braces himself for incoming pain, giving himself an effective 36/39/42 DEF and 27/30/34 RES when attacked.
Underdog: Donnel's exclusive Legendary skill gives him a guaranteed double-attack on any foe who has higher HP than himself, so he can lower that HP of theirs.
Drive DEF 2: So Donnel can give his allies a bit of a boost, if only defensively.

Fir - Sword Master | Red Sword | Infantry

Spoiler

HP: 37/41/44
ATK: 27/30/33
SPD: 36/39/43
DEF: 17/20/23
RES: 29/32/35
=161~162~163

Weapon: Mastered Blade [MT 16 | Grants Special Cooldown +1 & +10 damage when Special activates. During combat, if unit's SPD - foe's SPD > 1, this unit performs a follow-up attack.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Iceberg [3 Cooldown: Adds 50% of RES to damage dealt.]

A Skill: Sword Mastery [If unit has triangle advantage or foe uses Sword, grants ATK +7 during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

B Skill: Vantage 3 [This unit attacks first when attacked with HP < 75%.]

C Skill: SPD/DEF Ploy 2 [At start of turn, inflicts SPD/DEF -4 on foes in cardinal directions of this unit with lower RES than this unit through their next action.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Fir hasn't changed too terribly much, though her ATK is better, her SPD is almost up there with her mother's (it even has a superboon like Karla's), and her RES has improved slightly. Her DEF has taken a minor hit, but it wasn't that great to begin with.
Mastered Blade: Fir's mastery of the sword has apparently upgraded the Nameless Blade, giving her a 16-MT Slaying Wo Dao that also allows her to double her foe if she has even 1 more SPD than they do.
Iceberg: Fir has good RES. Might as well hurt people with it, yeah?
Sword Mastery: It's like Triangle Adept, but with only the good part, and also it applies against Swords. It's exclusive because it's honestly probably too good on Fir, much less on units with better ATK stats.
Vantage: Lets Fir get off a quick shot before her foe if she's been hurt a bit.
SPD/DEF Ploy: Dual-Ploys are gonna be a thing sooner or later, I'm sure of it. Fir here gets the best one for her stats, as it slows her foes and makes her attacks deal more damage too.

Frederick - Legendary Knight | Blue Lance | Cavalry

Spoiler

HP: 41/44/47
ATK: 33/36/39
SPD: 20/23/26
DEF: 36/39/42
RES: 12/16/19
=157~158

Weapon: Frederick's Spear [MT 16 | Grants DEF +3. Grants ATK/DEF +5 during combat when adjacent to at least one ally.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Luna [3 Cooldown: Resolve combat as though foe suffered DEF/RES -50%.]

A Skill: Sturdy Stance 2 [Grants ATK/DEF +4 during combat initiated by foe.]

B Skill: Vigilance [When HP > 70%, this unit and foe cannot perform follow-up attacks. When HP > 70%, inflicts Special Charge -1 on foe during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

C Skill: Odd DEF Wave 3 [At the start of each turn, grants DEF +6 to this unit and adjacent allies for 1 turn.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Frederick doubles down on his strengths, getting a slight boost in everything except SPD, which dropped a little. In particular, Frederick gained a 3-point DEF boost, making him quite sturdy against physical attackers.
Frederick's Spear: Frederick gets a pretty simple weapon, which gives him even more DEF (39/42/45) and ATK/DEF Bond 3 so he can be even stronger when he guards an ally (reaching 54/57/60 ATK and 44/47/50 DEF). It's a lance because Frederick started with a higher Lance rank in Awakening than Sword or Axe rank.
Luna: Same as on the original flavor, and it's still good here.
Sturdy Stance 2: Makes Frederick better at doing what he does on Enemy Phase, reaching 53/56/59 ATK and 43/46/49 DEF on Enemy Phase (58/61/64 ATK and 48/51/54 DEF with ATK/DEF Bond active).
Vigilance: Frederick's exclusive skill gives him Wary Fighter 2 (not amazing in and of itself, but he's the only non-Armor with any sort of Wary Fighter, and it'll be tricky to wear him down with physical attackers when he hides behind all that DEF) and Guard 4 (so, slightly better than regular Guard) on the same slot.
Odd DEF Wave 3: To make Frederick's DEF even more wall-like every other turn (45/48/51 DEF, 50/53/56 DEF with ATK/DEF Bond active, 54/57/60 DEF with ATK/DEF Bond and Sturdy Stance active)

Palla - Whitewing Leader | Green Axe | Flying

Spoiler

HP: 37/41/44
ATK: 30/33/36
SPD: 33/36/39
DEF: 25/29/32
RES: 21/24/28
=161~162~163

Weapon: Whitewing Axe [MT 16 | Grants +10 damage when Special activates. Grants ATK/SPD/DEF/RES +3 to Flying allies within 2 spaces during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Moonbow [2 Cooldown: Resolve combat as though foe suffered DEF/RES -30%.]

A Skill: Death Blow 3 [Grants ATK +6 during combat this unit initiates.]

B Skill: Triangle Attack [When Flying ally initiates combat within 2 spaces of this unit and at least 1 other Flying ally, grants Special Cooldown -2 to that ally before combat and grants ATK +6 during combat. When this unit initiates combat within 2 spaces of at least 2 Flying allies, grants Special Cooldown -2 before combat and grants ATK +6 during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

C Skill: Flier Guidance 3 [Flying allies within 2 spaces can warp to a space adjacent to this unit.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Palla gets to be a bit stronger and quite a bit faster, though her HP, DEF and RES all drop a bit in the process.
Whitewing Axe: Made Palla an axe user because it makes her not share a weapon type with either of her sisters or her original self. As for the weapon itself, Palla gets a 16-MT Wo Gun with a passive Goad/Ward Fliers -1 attached to it, which is nice for supporting her allies if nothing else.
Moonbow: Palla keeps this. You will see why shortly.
Swift Sparrow 2: Makes Palla better at killing stuff on her turn. Has pretty good synergy with her next skill.
Triangle Attack: Palla's shiny new Legendary exclusive skill is the Triangle Attack, which can not only be used by Palla herself, but can also be used by any Flying ally who meets the conditions while near Palla. The positioning requirements are a bit more relaxed than in regular Fire Emblem games (you don't have to nearly surround an enemy with fliers here), but the rewards are still quite awesome, those being a pre-combat Special charge (which just happens to be enough to give Palla a first-round Moonbow. Which gets +10 damage thanks to Whitewing Axe) and a built-in Death Blow 3. On Palla, this gives her a Moonbow coming off of 66/69/72 ATK (56/59/62 ATK, + 10 from the Whitewing Axe) on her first attack, with the potential to get a second one off if Palla outspeeds a foe who can counterattack her. On Palla's allies, they're getting +9 ATK (+6 from the built-in Death Blow 3 and +3 from Palla's passive Omni-Drive 2 for Fliers) and a much lower Special Cooldown so they're more likely to wipe whoever they're attacking off the map.
Flier Guidance 3: To facilitate allies getting into position for the Triangle Attack.

Genny - Storied Cleric | Colorless Staff | Infantry

Spoiler

HP: 33/36/40
ATK: 36/39/42
SPD: 26/30/33
DEF: 18/21/24
RES: 29/32/35
=157~158~159

Weapon: Invoke [MT 14 | Damage from staff is calculated like other weapons. Damage is calculated using lower of foe's DEF or RES.] EXCLUSIVE

Assist: Recover+ [Restores HP equal to 50% of [ATK +10]. (Minimum 10 HP)]

Special: Miracle [4 Cooldown: If HP > 1, survive a lethal hit with 1 HP.]

B Skill: Cleric's Nosferatu [During combat, recover HP equal to 50% of damage dealt.] EXCLUSIVE

C Skill: ATK/RES Ploy 2 [At start of turn, inflicts ATK/RES -4 on foes in cardinal directions with lower RES than this unit through their next actions.]

Explanations For Things:
Stats: Genny reasserts her position as strongest healer, and her SPD is quite a lot better too. Her HP is also up a bit (and has a superboon), though her DEF and RES both dropped a little.
Invoke: References a spell Genny could learn in Gaiden/Echoes, which let her summon magical soldiers to the battlefield. This is referenced by having her hit your lower defensive stat (presumably because they're magic, thus able to hit RES, but they're still soldiers hitting you with lances, so they can hit DEF too). It has Wrathful Staff built into it because that way Genny can run something else in her B Slot.
Recover+: Best healing assist.
Miracle: Gives Genny a chance to not die when she has to take physical or especially powerful magical hits, since she lacks Dazzling Staff in her default skillset.
Cleric's Nosferatu: References Nosferatu being a spell all Clerics had in Gaiden/Echoes, which let them steal HP from enemies. Here, it gives Genny a built-in Sol on all of her hits, giving her an Absorb staff regardless of what she's running.
ATK/RES Ploy 2: Gives Genny the Ploy that's best for what she wants to be doing, as it drops a foe's ATK so Genny might be able to withstand a hit from them and drops their RES so she can deal more damage and heal more as well.

Arthur - Legendarily Unlucky | Green Axe | Infantry

Spoiler

HP: 44/47/50
ATK: 31/34/37
SPD: 28/31/34
DEF: 31/34/37
RES: 13/16/19
=162

Weapon: Arthur's Axe [MT 16 | Grants Special Cooldown -1. When HP > 50%, inflicts Special Charge -1 on foe during combat.] EXCLUSIVE

Special: Sol [3 Cooldown: Recover HP equal to 50% of damage dealt.]

A Skill: Sturdy Stance 2 [Grants ATK/DEF +4 during combat foe initiates.]

B Skill: Quick Riposte 3 [This unit performs a follow-up attack when attacked with HP > 70%.]

C Skill: Misfortunate [At start of turn, inflicts a status on foes in cardinal directions with lower HP than this unit that prevents charging or activating Specials during combat through their next action.] EXCLUSIVE

Explanations For Things:
Stats:
Arthur bulked up in most areas, though he let his RES suffer.
Arthur's Axe: I could picture Arthur getting something like this, as it's really just a 16-MT Slaying Axe+ with Guard 6 on it. Still, it's pretty good, as it gives Arthur Guard until his HP dips below half, making taking him down with physical attackers trickier.
Sol: Also making it more difficult to take down Arthur, he comes with a Special that lets him restore his HP every couple of attacks.
Sturdy Stance 2: Making it even harder to beat Arthur with physical foes, as he reaches 35/38/41 DEF when attacked with this. Also Sol gets to recover a bit more, as Arthur will have 51/54/57 ATK with this active.
Quick Riposte 3: Arthur gets this because he'll probably need it to double at all with his SPD still being kinda sluggish.
Misfortunate: Arthur's unique skill is what can only be described as No Specials Ploy, letting Arthur prevent lower-HP foes from charging or activating their Specials for one action if he is in a straight line from them. It's certainly unfortunate for whoever gets hit by this effect, wouldn't you say?

That's all I can manage for the moment! Please let me know how these unlikely legends strike you!

Once she promotes, she can have great enemy phase in the second and third map if you give her the necessary tools. For example, have her stand on the defense tile while next to Kurthnaga and she'll have +15 def. Against the white dragons, she can tank them just fine with pure water and ward tile. Or give her super effectiveness against dragons and she can nos tank even the red dragons. Would Yune's Blessing be a spur skill or a fortify type of skill?

@Icelerate I quite like your Micaiah! It's sufficiently different from the original, and not especially powercreepy IMO. Close Counter feels odd on a mage I would normally think of as squishy, but I could see giving her the Close DEF Sacred Seal to better survive melee foes. So, a bit odd, but she looks like she'd work pretty well. Hopefully we'll get something like this if/when Legendary Micaiah drops.

Thanks for the feedback!

Well she does well in the tower because most enemies attack Res anyway and most bosses refuse to attack her. But even with the promotion bonuses her defense, and more importantly her speed, are very lacking. Defense tiles will help anyone, I struggle to think of a unit that can't tank better than Micaiah in Radiant Dawn.

I'm embarking on a project to create a moveset for every final boss in the series not already featured. I've already done Duma and Ashera (might redo her though), here's Medeus, Veld and Idoun

Medeus: The Last Earth Dragon (Green Breath, Armour)

  Reveal hidden contents

Medeus artwork

HP/52
Atk/47
Spd/ 32
Def/32
Res/27

Weapon: Earth Breath: 16mt. Rng = 1. If foe's rng = 2, target the lower of defense or resistance. At the start of grants Def/Res  + 6 to all Breath Units within two spaces for 1 turn. Can only be equipped by it's original owner.

Assist: Doluna's Command: +6 to Atk/Spd. Can only target Breath Units. This skill cannot be inherited.

Special:

A Skill:

B Skill: Desperation

C Skill: Ward Dragons

Given he's fighting to defend all dragons, I've made him the ultimate dragon buffing unit.

Medeus: Shadow Dragon (Red Breath, Armour)

HP/35

Weapon: Dark Breath+

Assist: Siphon: Deal 10 damage to ally to restore 10 HP. Cannot be used on Allies with 10 or less HP.

Special: Flame NebulaeDeals damage equal to (atk*1.5 - foe's defense or resistance) in a very wide area around the target. Charge 4. This skill cannot be inherited.

A Skill:

B Skill: Vengeful Fighter

C Skill:

Designed around his FE1/Shadow Dragon guise, but taking some inspiration from his actual Shadow Dragon form (and even TMS). Overall he's designed to be very bulky in terms of defensive stats, but a very low HP count limits things a lot. High defenses does make Siphon more useful however. It's an assist I've really wanted for a while. We have Ardent Sacrafice, why not the reverse? Anyway his ability to survive for a long time at max HP as well as to restore HP himself combined with Vengeful Fighter makes him a terrifying foe. On other hand, he lacks a unique weapon and 2 range, his strength stat could also be higher. Got to lose something for all that bulk.

Veld: Dark Enforcer (Red Tome, Infantry)

Assist:

Special: Iceberg

A Skill:

B Skill: Renewal

C Skill: Panic Ploy

Nothing too special. Stone is basically gravity on a tome. Physically very vulnerable but has an unholy amount of res that gives Iceberg a massive kick.

Idoun: Shaman In The Dark (Red Breath, Infantry)

Weapon: Dark Breath+

Assist:

Special: Miracle

A Skill: Brazen Attack Speed:

B Skill: War Factory: If special is triggered by foes attack, automatically charge special on turn 1. This skill cannot be inherited.

C Skill:

Everyone knows Idoun sucks and goes down like a chump in a single hit. So to replicate that, I've turned her into a monster of a glass canon, with almost maxed speed and attack but basically nothing in the way of defenses. However her unique skill automatically charges miracle, giving her some survivability. And yes, she was slow as balls in the original game, I don't care.

Continuing my final bosses. Really like how these ones turned out.

Fomortiis: Demon King (Red Breath, Infantry)

Spoiler

Lyon crazed

HP/55
Atk/51 (including weapon)
Spd/ 19
Def/34
Res/32 (including weapon)

Weapon: Demon Light: 16mt. Rng = 1. If foe's rng = 2, target the lower of defense or resistance. Res +3. Grants Distant Counter. This unit is unaffected by weapons and skills that specifically Target Breath units. Cannot be inherited.

Assist:

Special: Ravager: Activates when unit is attacked at 1 range on enemy phase, reduce damage received by 30%. Boost units next attack by total damage reduced, Cannot be inherited. Charge 3.

A Skill:

B Skill: Nightmare: After combat, if unit attacked, inflict status on target preventing counterattacks through their next actions. Cannot be inherited.

C Skill: Panic Ploy

He works by having Lyon summon the Demon King. I considered making him a strike user, but I'll wait until IS implements Strike units before making any calls on that one. He essentially has no weapon type as he's a breath unit that is unaffected by breath skills, both positive and negative. As far as his stats go, he's rather powerful, but extremely slow. His unique special is basically a physical version of Fjorm's Icy Mirror.

Ashnard: Mad King (Sword, Flying)

Spoiler

Ashnard

HP/51
Atk/49 (including weapon)
Spd/ 32
Def/33
Res/25

Weapon: Gurgurant: 16mt. Rng = 1. Grants the Guard skills to unit and any adjacent allies during combat. Cannot be inherited.

Assist:

Special: Reprisal

A Skill: Blessed Armour: Skills that target Armour Units also affect this unit. Cannot be inherited.

B Skill: Lehran's Medallion: If unit's HP < 50%, increase Atk, Spd, Def and Res by 5 during combat. Cannot be inherited.

C Skill:

His unique A skill allows Ashnard to receive buffs from both flying and armoured based skills (and yes, this even counts Armour March). Although in terms of unit types, he is still very much a flying unit, so he can't equip any armour unique skills and isn't considered an armoured unit for quests and stuff. His B skill also makes him an absolute beast when he's low on HP. Gurgurant might not seem great at first, merely imparting Guard, but the fact that it affects allies (inspired by his Daunt skill) means it considerably nerfs the enemy's ability to use specials.

Garon: Blight Dragon (Red Breath, Armoured)

Spoiler

FatesNohrDragonPortrait

HP/60
Atk/52 (including weapon)
Spd/ 14
Def/36
Res/29

Weapon: Blight Breath: 16mt. Rng = 1. If unit's Rng = 2, target the lower of defense or resistance. If Unit's HP > foe's HP, foe cannot make a follow up attack.

Assist: Siphon: Deal 10 damage to ally to restore 10 HP. Cannot be used on Allies with 10 or less HP.

Special:

A Skill:

B Skill: Atk/Def Chain: If HP Assist skill (like Siphon, Ardent Sacrifice etc) are used by unit or targets unit, grants Atk and Def +6 to unit and targeted ally or unit and targeting ally, for 1 turn.

C Skill: Dragon Vein: Unit may act after using Assist skill, but movement becomes 0.

His C Skill allows him to continually chain Siphon to restore more health on ally phase. Dragon Vein doesn't have to be used with Siphon either, you could use it to make him pivot or pull back several times a turn. He is designed around using Siphon, or at least having high HP, thanks to his weapon though. Although given his non existent speed, you might want to replace his B skill with Vengeful Fighter or something.

Anankos: Silent Dragon (Blue Breath, Flying)

Spoiler

Hydra Human

HP/60
Atk/56 (including weapon)
Spd/ 10
Def/32
Res/33

Weapon: Silent Breath: 16mt. Rng = 1. If unit's Rng = 2, target the lower of defense or resistance. Both unit and foe, cannot make a follow up attack . Can counter attack at any range. Cannot be inherited.

Assist:

Special: Rend Heaven: Adds 50% of foe's attack to unit's attack. Charge 3.

A Skill: Dragon Skin

B Skill:

C Skill: Status Immunity: Ignore all skills that debuff this unit.

His weapon essentially grants Wary Fighter, although without the HP check. Other than that, there's actually nothing too special with him. He has very high attack and very good bulk, but the inability to double stops him completely dominating the field. In terms of aesthetic, he uses his Heirs of fate design as a human form, but transforms into that Hideous dragon form for combat.

I approve of that Heath, though I kinda wish he had anything but a Silver Lance+. Just a personal thing, I don't like Silver+. Otherwise, dude's fine.

Brom's neat too, though I don't see them ever releasing regular weapons with built-in Distant Counter any time soon... Probably wouldn't be especially amazing on Brom anyway, since mages would probably fry him before he got to counter them. I could see it working if he got Wary Fighter though.

And since I've been pondering this, here are guesses at how all of the CYL2 units might work:

Hector - Brave Marquess | Blue Lance | Armored

HP: 45/48/51 | ATK: 35/38/41 | SPD: 19/22/25 | DEF: 33/36/39 | RES: 29/32/35  | Total=175

When number of allies within 2 spaces (excluding unit) > foes within 2 spaces (excluding target), grants ATK/DEF +5 to this unit and allies within 2 spaces during combat.] EXCLUSIVE (What were you expecting? Lance Armads? Hector gets a new weapon for a change, and it comes with a minor boost to his most important stats as well as a positioning-relative-to-team-dependent ATK/DEF Bond 3 during combat, because Hector knows which stats he wants to boost. And he even buffs his allies if the conditions for his weapon's effects are met, so he can support the allies that are giving him this buff.)

Special: Bonfire [3 Cooldown: Adds 50% of DEF to damage dealt.] (Hector has high DEF, and he can activate this on any double if the foe gets to attack in there somewhere with his default skillset.)

A Skill: Distant Counter [This unit can counterattack regardless of distance.] (Wouldn't be Hector without it!)

B Skill: Bold Fighter 3 [If unit initiates combat, grants an automatic follow-up attack. Grants Special Cooldown Charge +1 when this unit initiates combat.] (Seems like something that Hector would have to me.)

C Skill: Ostian Guard [Grants "If number of allies within 2 spaces of unit (excluding unit) > foes within 2 spaces (excluding target), grants DEF/RES +4 when foe initiates combat." to allies within 2 spaces.] EXCLUSIVE (Hector's exclusive skill gives him the ability to support his allies by giving them a conditional Close DEF 2 and Distant DEF 2 if they have more allies than enemies nearby... which they probably will, since one of the requirements for them to get the defensive boost is that Hector, an ally, be near them. So he can give +5 ATK, +9 DEF, and +4 RES to his allies.)

-

Celica - Brave Priestess | Colorless Dagger | Infantry

HP: 33/36/40 | ATK: 33/36/39 | SPD: 32/35/38 | DEF: 19/22/25 | RES: 19/22/25 | Total=151~152

Weapon: Golden Dagger [MT 14 | Grants Special Cooldown -1. After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts DEF/RES -6 on target and foes within two spaces of target and grants DEF/RES +6 to unit and allies within 2 spaces of unit through their next actions. After any combat this unit initiates, unit recovers 10 HP.] (References Plenitude to a degree with the post-combat-initiated-by-Celica Renewal (was initially a built-in Sol, but then Mila's Turnwheel became her Special, so that didn't work any more), and Earth's Boon's Avoid +5 and Crit +5 by being a Rogue Dagger+ [so she gets more DEF/RES after combat, since Avoid isn't a thing in Heroes] and having Special Cooldown -1 (since crits aren't a thing in Heroes).)

Special: Mila's Turnwheel [5 Cooldown: If unit's HP > 1, survive a lethal attack with 1 HP, then recover 20 HP after combat if unit survives.] EXCLUSIVE (Yes, it's a more powerful Miracle since it also heals Celica after combat if she survives (so Celica will recover 30 HP if the combat that should've killed her was also initiated by her, potentially letting her go from near-death to near-full-HP), but with that Cooldown she may never see it activate... fortunately, the Golden Dagger makes it only have 4 Cooldown, but it still might not come into play at all if Celica's foes reach her before she can get it charged.)

A Skill: Swift Sparrow 2 [Grants ATK/SPD +4 during combat this unit initiates.] (Plays to Celica's strengths, those being strength and speed, by making her stronger and faster when she attacks.)

B Skill: Seal ATK/SPD 2 [After combat, inflicts ATK/SPD -5 on target through their next action.] (So it's a little harder for Celica's target to kill her if they survive, and also to nerf every stat on her target.)

C Skill: ATK Smoke 3 [After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts ATK -7 on foes within 2 spaces of target through their next action.] (To make Celica last a bit longer and possibly get to activate Mila's Turnwheel if she gets an attack off, as well as to support her allies via mass-nerfing 3 stats instead of just two.)

-

Ephraim - Brave Lord | Green Axe | Cavalry

HP: 36/40/43 | ATK: 33/36/39 | SPD: 27/30/33 | DEF: 29/32/35 | RES: 17/20/23 | Total=158~159~160

Weapon: Garm [MT 16 | Grants SPD +3. When this unit initiates combat, if unit's SPD - foe's SPD > 1, this unit performs a follow-up attack.] EXCLUSIVE (References Garm's SPD +5 via SPD +3, and also gives Ephraim a lower follow-up attack threshold when initiating combat, which if nothing else makes him unique... Granted, 30/33/36 SPD might still not be enough to double, but if you give him buffs, he probably won't have that much trouble finding foes he can outspeed.)

Special: Moonbow [2 Cooldown: Resolve combat as though foe suffered DEF/RES -30%.] (So that, when he doubles a foe who can counter him, Ephraim deals more damage with the second hit.)

A Skill: Steady Blow 2 [Grants SPD/DEF +4 during combat initiated by this unit.] (To help Ephraim double, and survive long enough to reach the second hit.)

C Skill: DEF Smoke 3 [After combat, if unit attacked, inflicts DEF -7 on foes within 2 spaces of target.] (To make Ephraim's foes take more damage from his attacks.)

-

Veronica - Brave Princess | Red Tome | Flying

HP: 43/46/50 | ATK: 35/38/41 | SPD: 16/19/22 | DEF: 29/32/35 | RES: 12/15/18 | Total=150~151

Weapon: Hvergelmir [MT 14 | This unit can counterattack regardless of distance.] (Veronica gets Close Counter built into her weapon, so no one is safe from her counterattack, as well as making her quite unique relative to other Red Tomes, and ranged units in general.)

Special: Bonfire [3 Cooldown: Adds 50% of DEF to damage dealt.] (Takes advantage of Veronica's higher DEF to add further pain every few hits.)

A Skill: Sturdy Stance 2 [Grants ATK/DEF +4 during combat initiated by foe.] (Makes Veronica sturdier and stronger on Enemy Phase, synergizes nicely with her Close Counter weapon since she can't run a Breath skill so instead she just gets better stats.)

B Skill: Guard 3 [When HP > 80%, inflicts Special Charge -1 on foe during combat.] (Needed to prevent foes from blasting through Veronica's DEF and HP with Special activations. Would be Quick Riposte, but she can have that as a Sacred Seal, so she gets this instead.)

I gave Heath that lance because of all the lances in the game, that one seemed the most fitting. And I'm bad at making up new things lol.

I gave Brom the Hand Axe because that's something I've had him use in RD a lot, and it has generally worked pretty well! Although in hindsight, Distant Defense might pair better with it than Close Defense. Maybe.

Note: Made all of these before the Ylissean Travelers banner so Camilla's weapon has already been powercrept slightly.

And since I've been pondering this, here are guesses at how all of the CYL2 units might work:

Well there's already Distant Counter on a regular weapon, Lightning Breath. Of course there's added initiative for Dragons to have distant counter given the Breaths special ability against 2 range enemies, but it still means 2 ranged regular weapons aren't out of the question at all. They just need lower might than other weapons and they're completely viable. I'd really like them to implement them given how big a thing Hand Axes and Javelins are in Fire Emblem.

Marth's sorely lacking in Alts compered to some characters. So here's a few ideas.

Special: Galeforce

B Skill: Quick Riposte

C Skill: Village Visitor: Grants special cooldown count +1 when starting a turn on a Trench or Defensive Terrain. Cannot be inherited.

NES Marth. Has a high focus on offense and even quite bulky defense, helped greatly by his weapons built in Close Defense (inspired by the Falchion's ability to outright ignore all non dragon Melee damage in the first game). Given that RES was completely nonexistant in the first game, that's his dump stat. Village Visitor of course refers to his role as the only character that can visit villages in Shadow Dragon. Galeforce refers to the fact that he has pretty high movement compared to the series standard for infantry.

Marth: Hero King

Special:

A Skill: Defiant Attack

B Skill: Shield of Seals: Deals 10 damage to all Breath enemies at the start of each turn. Cannot be inherited.

C Skill:

There is surprisingly little artwork of Marth with the Shield of Seals. Seems like Cipher is the only one that remembers it's meant to sort of be a big deal. Anyway, since this version is centered around the shield, he's a much more defensive incarnation. Falchion didn't have the sealing melee attacks version in Mystery of the Emblem, but I decided to keep it in for consistency and to play to his defensive style.

Marth: Smash Fighter

B Skill: Shield Breaker: Ignore enemy's defensive buffs. Cannot be inherited.

C Skill:

Smash Bros. Marth! His variation of Falchion is the same as Marth's default one, namely the one that can be forged to grant combat boosts to allies. Emulating his Smash Bros. playstyle, this Marth is very speed focused, although at the cost of his defenses. Dancing Speed not only removes the need to be five points of speed higher than the for to double, it actually grants an additional double attack. Ie, if he's fighting someone with Wary Fighter, Dancing Blade's followup will cancel out against Wary Fighter, but if he has enough speed, Marth can still double using the normal means.

Some more Legendary Lords.

Seliph: Divine King (Mounted, Sword)

FE0 Seliph Artwork2

Spoiler

HP/47
Atk/52 (including weapon)
Spd/ 18
Def/30
Res/31 (including weapon)

Weapon: Divine Tyfring

Assist:

Special: Miracle

A Skill: Grani's Shield

B Skill: Prayer: If HP is reduced to below 50% during combat, automatically charge special.

C Skill: Deflect Melee

Tried to make him like an alternate tanking option to Sigurd, by primarily focusing more on RES. Also used him as an idea to introduce some of the Sacred Seals exclusive skills as normal skills. Deflect Melee in particular will synergize well with Seliph as he's already tanking magic pretty well due to Divine Tyrfirng's effect and generally decent RES. His low speed also means he can charge in on player phase knowing it will activate.

Micaiah: Yune's Host (Infantry, Green Tome)

Micaiahbody3

Spoiler

HP/41
Atk/52 (including weapon)
Spd/ 24
Def/19
Res/31

Weapon: Lehran's Medallion: 16mt. Rng = 2. Grants Renewal. Inflicts Panic on target and all other enemies within two spaces. Cannot be inherited.

Assist: Sacrafice

Special:

A Skill: Atk/Res Bond

B Skill: Guard (4): At the start of combat, if unit's HP >= 70%, inflict Special Cooldown -1 on foe per attack.

C Skill: Yune's Blessing: Grant special cooldown +1, Atk +3 and Spd +3 to adjacent allies during combat. Cannot be inherited.

Had an idea for a special skill for Legendary Micaiah that I suggest above that I decided I'd like to try out. Giving her the titular Fire Emblem as a weapon is something someone suggested in the How to make Micaiah better thread and I absolutely loved the idea. Gave it a panic effect because chaos, which in combination with her unique skill and Sacrafice (now with built in Renewal) makes her a great support unit.

Leif: Supporting Prince (Mounted, Stave)

Leaf as a Master Lord

Spoiler

HP/42
Atk/49 (including weapon)
Spd/ 33
Def/33
Res/25

Weapon: Scatach: Mt = 16, rng = 2, calculates damage like other weapons. Grants Breath of Life 3. Grants Savage Blow. Cannot be inherited.

Assist: Recover

Special: Warp: When healing an ally with a staff and ally is an Armour, Infantry or Flier, grant Mov+1. Cooldown = 5. Cannot be inherited.

A Skill: Canto: Unit may use remaining move after using their assist. Mounted and flying units only.

B Skill: Chill Panic: At the start of your turn, inflict Panic on the foe on the enemy team with the highest HP.

C Skill: Even Attack Wave:

Stave Master Knight Leif. Because that's really what he's mainly good for in Genealogy. Canto is inheritable, but it only effects Assists.

Gave it a panic effect because chaos, which in combination with her unique skill and Sacrafice (now with built in Renewal) makes her a great support unit. Sadly, despite how great a reference it is to Ike's final blow, I doubt we'd see a skill like Yune's Blessing, as it would make some grand hero battles way too cheap by simply charging every characters specials before engaging in combat. She's still pretty flimsy when it comes to physical attacks, but Sacrafice should make her enter Brazen range before she actually engages in combat.

Why not change Yune's Blessing to an in combat buff like a spur. So while an ally initiates combat, if they are beside Micaiah, the ally will be granted special cooldown +1 each time they strike the enemy. The attack and speed buff will act like the spur skill.

Due to Yune's Blessing being useful to adjacent allies, I would give Micaiah attack/res bond to benefit from being beside an ally. I also don't like defense/resistance brazen because your Micaiah's defense is too low to utilize it effectively. Brazen attack/res works best on Micaiah to make her hard to kill by mages while improving her offensive power.

Also both Micaiah's have full skill slots barring a special. Don't all legendary heroes come with a full skill slot? Why not give Micaiah a special and a B skill. For B skill I would give her guard 4 which activates as long as the user is at least half health and it would be fitting because that's what Leanne gave to Micaiah in a base conversation during endgame. Her special can be moonbow to reference corona without giving her two prf skills. If two prf skills are allowed, give her corona but with 40% resistance negation at CD 2.

Also, you gave her a BST of 154 which is too high for an infantry mage. I suggest trimming her HP stat by 3.

I think you're right. Making it a spur would also eliminate it's ability to cheese maps by just abusing it before enemies are aggroed. Plus it kind of works more like that in its original game given how the cutscenes activates when Ike initates combat against Ashera. Giving her Guard is another good idea. I wouldn't like to trim her HP though, as I feel she works better with high HP to use Sacrafice. So I'd probably shave off three Defense, especially if she's losing the Brazen Defense Resistance and is just never expected to take a physical hit.

Do you think a new version of sacrifice should be added instead of using the old one to reference the fact

Spoiler

Micaiah's sacrifice has improved towards the end game due to reviving Sephiran from the brink of death and not falling unconscious unlike when she healed Nico?

This version will grant special CD -1 to the target on top of its other effects. Do you prefer brazen attack/resistance or attack/res bond?

I think Sacrifice is good enough as it is. Making it give a cool down count +1 sounds like it would be way too abusable, especially in tangent with Yune's Blessing. Even if it doesn't work on allies with full HP, it could be completely abused using ardent sacrifice to keep allies needing healing. Thus starting any battle in Chain Challenge with full Specials Ready, provided even one unit took damage in the previous map.

Yeah, Attack/Red Bond is a good idea. I'll edit the post to give everyone full skill set (Seliph's getting Granni's Shield to reflect how Nihil worked in his game and Leif's getting Even Attack Wave, because I want him to be a bit more offensive oriented as a Stave user and Even Attack Wave isn't in the game yet). Thanks for the feedback.

Make it so it grants special cool down once per map much like Leif's S potion. Is ordinary sacrifice a better ability than reposition? If not, then a prf ability should be better much like Lucina's future vision.

But isn't wrath already abusable like this? You can just wait until your special charges at the beginning of the next map on chain challenge or TT.

What's your opinion on the hypothetical skill resolve that I gave Tauroneo?

A skill: Resolve

If under half health, grants the user +5 attack/speed in combat and accelerates charge +1 each time the unit attacks regardless of phase. This skill is a combination of heavy/flash blade and brazen attack/speed but with more stringent requirements because being under half health makes this skill very risky. Much like in PoR and RD where this skill was high risk and high reward. It's a nice alternative to breath skills but breath skills are better on enemy phase due to breath skill accelerating charge on the opponent's attack along with the unit's attack.

I think it's similar to how resolve worked in PoR but if you prefer how it worked in RD, then make it +7 speed instead.

Originally I had the skill give +7 attack/speed but people said it is too OP.

i don't think this skill blatantly power creeps any other similar skill, except for the defiant skills, but those are pretty obsolete at this point.
