I think all of chapter 9 takes place in their world. so there isnt a reference that dictates what it comes from.

Blazing blade shares 1-2 maps with binding blade.

I believe 4-2 is the entrance to Ferox, as seen in Chapter 3 of Awakening. 4-3 is Chapter 7, the cliff where Cordelia first joins.

6-4 is probably Sakura's map, Chapter 22. It doesn't really resemble the Fates map, but Sakura is also locked up behind a breakable wall like in Fates. 6-5 is a combination of Castle Shirasagi (Ch 25), and the Great Wall of Suzanoh (Ch 23). The interior and Ryoma duel resemble the former, while the white marble of the exterior resembles the latter. Both Takumi and Ryoma's retainers are fought as well, so I think it really is meant to be a combination.

3-5 is definitely Chapter 8x. It's got the same general pathing, not to mention all of the lava.

2-1 seems to be Chapter 6 on the Hoshido path. Xander's up on his own little island in the top while the other three siblings are on the left side of a river.

6-1 seems to be the Bottomless Canyon from Chapter 3 given the bridge layout.

7-5 seems to be the exterior of Bern Castle, where you first see Vaida. You start in separated groups with enemies approaching from all directions.

Oh. Also, one of the chapter 5 maps in Heroes seems to be a mini version of the one where you run into Hardin in Mystery. 

In addition, I think 4-5 is Gerome's paralogue (no other maps in Awakening are bridge-heavy, to my knowledge).

You are probably thinking of  Chapter 5-3, where you Jeorge and Barst

Anyway, the maps that comes to my mind right now are: Chapter 4-1, being obviously based on Chapter 3 of Awakening, and Chapter 5-5, being a smaller version of Chapter 24 of Shadow Dragon.

Isn't FE13 Chapter 3 4-2?  Chapter 3's where you recruit Kellam.

I'm thinking 2-1 might be Embrace the Dark (the Nohr version of chapter 6), given Xander being isolated from the other siblings (in the actual game, he and Ryoma are isolated on the northern end of the map; on the Hoshido side, the river's dried up, and they are closer to the other units).

Prologue 2 looks like Lefcandith Gauntlet to me. The door's replaced with a breakable wall, but it's broadly the right shape, plus Minerva and the Whitewings are on the map.

Chapter 5-2 is Chapter 10 of Shadow Dragon titled Princess Minerva. I think at least just the interior portion if it is.

I'm still on Chapter 2, so I'll see if I can match them to their sources today.

Edit 1: 1-2 seems to be FE1 C5: Champions of Aurelis (wrong; see below). Khadein is 1-3.

Edit 2: Actually, 1-2 might be Prologue VI: Bonds from New Mystery? It's an almost-exact match. 1-4 is Prologue VII: The Final Test. Also, C3 of Fates (6-1 of Heroes) is called "Journey Begins".

Edit 3: 2-4 most resembles Birthright C21, strangely enough. Unless I'm forgetting something obvious...

After mulling it over, I'm convinced that 2-5 is meant to be Birthright's C27: King Garon. It's pretty compressed, though. :-/

Oh, and C21 Birthright is called Burning Falls. Sorry for not mentioning that.

The chapter's name is Light Scatters; the location is called Border Walls.

As for 1-5 being FE1 C16, I was thinking that, but... wow. That's even more compressed than King Garon.

Edit: @Glaceon MageAlso, you seem to have missed what I said about 6-1: the source chapter's name is Journey Begins.

Edit 2: I want to say that 4-4 is Side Story 1: Sickle to Sword. It has the forest up the eastern side and the walls in an approximation of the right arrangement. Maps that are large in their source games are pretty hard to match, though.

Edit 3: 5-4 is Shadow Dragon C21: Clash in Medon.

Edit 4: Man, it's like nobody else is interested in this thread. :-/ 2-3 is Birthright Chapter 18: Leo. I was confused by looking at the map post-Dragon Veins, when there're more puddles. Also, 6-2 is Conquest C10: Unhappy Reunion, aka that one defend chapter that everyone loves, and 6-3 is a very compressed Conquest C24: Hinoka, aka fliers, fliers, everywhere.

Edit 5: Bonds (1-2) is Prologue 6, not 4.

Edit 6: 8-5 is C4: Two Falchions. I think that's the last one, given that Preface and Prologue-3 have the Zenith architecture, and I can't find anything that looks like Prologue-1 in the series.

Edit 7: Yay, Paralogues! Paralogue 1-1 is Sacred Stones Prologue: The Fall of Renais. 1-2 is Genealogy Chapter 6: Light Inheritors. As for 1-3... If anything, I think it's SS C18: Two Faces of Evil, but I have a feeling I might be reaching a bit far with that one.
